Change sonos connection account

I have a Sonos system that used to be connected with an account. I want to change account and create mine but everytime I try to connect with new account, the old one is referred, registered.... 

I have uninstalled the application, I have tried several options, nothing is successfull

How can I totally erase the old account?

Please help.

Sign out and try transferring the system to your new Sonos account instead. See this link:
