can you have 4 speakers and a playbar

I currently have a sonos base , playbar and 2 play 3 for surround sound , is it possible to add 2 more speakers for surround sound

No.  The most you can have is 1 soundbar, two surrounds, 2 Subs or 1 Sub Mini.
