Hi,

 

I got a sound bar which I downloaded the app for and set it up using my own account and email address.

The sound bar works with my app for increasing and decreasing volume etc.

However if I go into settings in the app and try and sign in it has a random email address and I can't sign in in the app. It says there are new features I'm the app and to sign in but it's not my account.

 

Like I said the sound bar works I just want to be able to sign in in the app. It also has someone else's music choices and songs listened to which is just weird to be honest.

 

Any help would be appreciated

Just  factory reset the sound bar, it will erase the previous owner’s settings, and you can then “add a device” to your own system. 

You might also want to read the manage your account FAQ….but my bet is you just added this sound bar, rather than setting it up as your own.
