I have 6 devices set up. One bar, two Ones and three play:3

Bar is hard wired in.

Once a week or so, atleast one of the :3s and the Ones will disappear. I can find them in missing products.

I solved for wireless interference. Wi-Fi on channel 7 and Sonos on 11. Worked for a few days.

I’ve done system reboots on individual devices and all the system updates.

What else can I try?

Actually, channel 7 interferes with channel 11. You should use only channels 1, 6, or 11 for WiFi. It is also recommended that you ‘reserve’ IP addresses for all regular network clients.

Its worthwhile changing the router WiFi to a non-overlapping channel - try channel 1 or 6. If the router also allows, set the 2.4Ghz WiFi band to use a channel-width of 20Mhz only.

You may find it helpful to also reserve your Sonos devices IP addresses in the routers DHCP reservation table so they always use the same IP address when connecting to the network.

If those things do not resolve the issue for any reason, then post back with more details of the network setup and the controller device.
