Any ideas on how I set up Dinis as I’ve changed provider and it says unable to connect to network even my account is greyed out so unable to log in to change settings do annoying thought it would be so easy 

Hello - My issue is Spotify, through the Sonos app, will NOT recognize any of my personal library content. I have multiple playlists created in Spotify app on my laptop...but when I open Spotify in Sonos, you can see my library/playlists/songs/artists, but everything is shaded out and will not play when clicked on. I have experimented by creating playlists in the other apps in Sonos such as YouTube Music (plays fine/sees all my songs), even created a few Sonos Play lists (it sees my songs also and they play perfectly). I am pretty knowledgeable with these issues, I have gone through the Spotify settings over & over and even re-authorized Spotify several times - nothing works. When I use Spotify app on my laptop with Roam in Bluetooth mode - where I have created my playlists from my library -  NOT THROUGH SONOS APP - it operates perfect. I’m running the “premium” version of Spotify. I can’t understand why when Sonos offers the Spotify app in its app menu it won’t recognize my librar

We’ve had a Five for a bit without issue and recently purchased a home theater package that included two One SL’s.  I was able to set up the Arc and Five without issues, but can’t get the SL’s set up for the life of me.  I had one connected until the automated support told me to reset the router.  Now I’m back to square one and extremely frustrated after more than four hours of troubleshooting.  Any insight would be appreciated! I have a playbase, a sub, two One's and two play:1's.  They are set up as playbase, sub and two One's in one product, (living room) but I can't add the play:1's unless I put them in their own product group (living room 2 & 3). Once that is done, They will all play sound, but my remote control will not control the play:1's, and I have to use the app, which is not convenient.  They are not set up as a speaker pair.  Is there anyway around this so my remote control can control all speakers?  

I purchased an Arc and Sub to replace my receiver based 5.1 system and have been pretty impressed so far.  I have some existing B&W in-ceiling rears so today I added an Amp to power them.First disappointment was finding out the line-in is disabled when in surround mode.  I can’t find anything on the product page mentioning this. Major bummer as I was planning to connect my turntable to the Amp.But most importantly I’m getting no sound out of the rears in the surround configuration.  Nothing with Dolby Atmos, nothing when streaming music, and nothing when I run the Architectural test tone.  If I separate the Amp from the system it plays 2-channel audio and the Architectural test tone no problem.  Add them back to the Arc + Sub system and nothing.Setup is:LG OLED eARC to Arc Soundbar (wireless)Sub Gen 3 (wireless)Amp (hardwired)Any suggestions would be majorly appreciated.  Thanks.

Hello, I have a client with two 70v in each of their restrooms that are run in series. We originally planned on using the Sonos speakers but were unaware of what’s currently there. Am I able to power 4 QSC AD-C6T speakers as shown below? Thank you in advance! I’m guessing that may run into issues with the fact that the output is stereo and that a Port is a better option but was hoping to not have to change our order. Thank you!   

I’m filling an open floor plan with distributed Sonos Ones for smooth coverage.  About 1,500 sqft.  I have several Ones spread out (not in stereo) and grouped but want more bass.The Sub Gen 3 would obviously do well, but my purpose is background/entertainment music while guests are over.  I’m wondering if two Sub Mini’s would give me a better consistency of bass and offer some flexibility as I continue to kit out my place with all Sonos.I’m aware, you can’t pair Sub Minis.  Not yet anyway (maybe firmware in future?), but my thought is: If I paired one Sub Mini to one One speaker as a room, then another Sub Mini to a separate One speaker as another room, could you group the rooms and essentially get both Sub Mini’s to play?Again, not trying to put two mini’s on a stereo or home theater setup, wanting to spread the sound out consistently.

I’ve moved into a new house and am trying to setup the Play:3 speaker. I have factory reset it since it’s been a few years since i’ve used the speaker and I am receiving an error that the WiFi has a problem when attempting setup. I have it wired to the router and it still cannot find it. Any help here?

I removed a sub last night in the settings as I know longer need it. I now get this notice in the app. Anyway of removing the notice?  

Hi everyone, Just installed my new ARC sound bar.My setup is Samsung TV with e-ARC, Apple TV 4K last generation.My TV is set to (HDMI-eARC Auto)Apple TV is set to “Change Format - No"When playing a Dolby Atmos movie on Netflix from Apple TV, I get Dolby Atoms signal on my Sonos App.When playing a Dobly Digital movie on Netflix from Apple TV, I get PCM Stereo.I couldn't find how to get Dolby Digital signal in Sonos App…Appart from Dolby Atmos, all other contents are playing in PCM Stereo. Thanks for you help guys. 

Can I sync 4 play 1's to my home theater with playbar?

I have an intermittent problem with my Sonos Soundbar which is connected to my system using the optical output from a Sharp TV.  The AV is supplied to the TV with a Roku Ultra.  The volume will vary intermittently from normal then to very loud.  Also happens the other way around.  This is a recent problem.  Any advice and guidance would be appreciated.

Hello, I have two Sonos Ones and one Sonos One SL. The two Sonos Ones are setup as a stereo pair. Overall everything works great except one small and infuriating problem. When I open the Sonos app on my phone (Samsung Galaxy S10+) my husbands phone (Samsung Galaxy S22) and my son’s phone (Samsung Galaxy S10+) can no longer connect to any Sonos speakers. They get the message that the phone can’t “find the network”. If we go through the process of getting their phones to find and recognize the Sonos speakers then my phone no longer is connected and I have the same message. We have not changed the wifi network/router recently. The Sonos speaker are all online and work fine. It just seems that if my phone is able to connect my husband and son’s phones can’t and visa versa.  We have checked all the settings on the phones, they have the same app version, same network settings, same wifi network connection, same android OS version, same everything. I have had various home theatre options over the years, starting with a Yamaha standalone amp with Mission speakers and for the last year LG SN11RG with Atmos etc. I very rarely notice any real movement of sound with perhaps the occasional tinkle from the rear speakers. My TV room has a chimney breast with an alcove to the left of the TV, a door to the right, textured ceiling above and an RSJ across the bay window where I  normally sit to watch TV. Am I ever likely to experience moving sound. I have heard Sonos arc in a shop and it sounded great - but in my experience the room has more effect on the perceived surround sound than the speakers. Is there a way of loaning or renting the Sonos Arc to try out and see if its any better than what I have. My existing system sounds excellent specially for films with dolby Atmos but I am guessing a  Sonos arc with a sub would probably sound at least as good. I do not want to purchase the Sonos only to find its not that different to what I already

I’ve recently bought Sonos Beam and I’m very impressed by the Sonos app and its built-in services – super easy for me and my family to start playing some fav radio station or music streaming. Anyway, I have a Homekit-based smart home (incl. Homebridge) with scenes and automations working smoothly together. I was sure I can easily integrate the speaker to this eco-system (since it’s added to Homekit using Airplay 2). But the thing is… it works nicely when playing something with Airplay – at that time I can pause the music easily from HK. But though I cannot integrate the speaker to be paused/stopped using the “Shut off” scene (which turns off all unnecessary devices when I’m leaving home or going to sleep). Basically, if I play something using Sonos app, the Sonos speaker is Home stays as turned off and says “not playing”.Is there any way to easily integrate the Sonos speakers with Homekit in a way that music played through the Sonos app can be paused/stopped? What is wrong with the Sonos app? Almost every time I try to use it I get the “Unable to connect, let’s fix it” error. I haven’t changed the network or the router, all my Sonos products are exactly as they were, nothing has changed. But I’m expected to go through all the setup again, which usually takes about 10 minutes (“This may take 1-2 minutes” ha ha ha). Usually it completes and says it still can’t find the devices, but then I can usually exit the app, go in again and it’s all ok. Sometimes I can open the app on a different device and it’s all working ok. It’s infuriating.My Sonos One is always usable with Alexa, but the Play:1s can only be used via the app, so are effectively out of commission until an app on a device (Android phone or iPad) finds the system again. 

Hi,Using voice commands to start radio stations. Some are working and some that worked before is not. For example TalkSport - when I say play TalkSport speaker responds - playing TalkSport from TuneIN followed by - sorry, I could not play.See in forum that some others have had same problem, but could not see any fix.

Hi I’m looking for some advice on a home cinema set up. I currently have two Sonos One SL speakers. I know these aren’t BT enabled.I don’t have a projector yet, and I’m open to purchasing any sort of ‘bridge’ device from Sonos that I might need but ideally I’d like to use the Sonos One SL speakers with a projector and minimal wiring.The projector will be a distance from the screen and sound, so there’s the problem.Are there projectors that will connect up with Sonos One SL speakers? Or, do I need something to bridge them together? Or, just something totally separate entirely?Newbie to this so any advice in laymans terms much appreciated!

Hi,Yesterday my Spotify just stoped working on my Sonos system.Im having a AMP (black one) and its been working since I set it up.Sonos app is playing the “Sonos playlists” but when I play start play from spotifythere is no sound. I have tried restarted the network, amp etc but nothing helped.Using a TP Link Deco X60Is there anyone else having this issue?

Hi, I have seen a Samsung smart TV which I am about to buy (QE43Q65B) the speaker is poor as I understand it. To avoid additional expense of a soundbar and to improve sound quality I was hoping to connect to one of four Play 1 speakers I already own.Reading boards I can see this may not be as straightforward as hoped, I am happy to to buy the appropriate lead if required but what I don't want is this to become hard work. Just want to turn on the tv and volume work as normal from the remote. No pulling wires out, recalibration, adjusting settings etc.Any help would be most appreciated.

Jeg syntes ikke at det kan være rigtigt at man køber en sonos amp til 5999,- til at kunne sætte sine custom install baghøjttalere til sin sonos arc og så deaktivere den subwoofer udgangen så jeg ikke kan bruge min egen custom bygget subwoofer som er skjult under sofaen, det bør sonos lave om på, eller finde en løsning hvor man kan få både egne baghøjttalere og subwoofer på samme system. jeg elsker sonos systemet og deres lyd, men det virker også som om de begrænser mulighederne for kunderne når nu der er en subwoofer udgang hvorfor så deaktivere den ved brug som forstærker til baghøjttalere. 

I bought the new mini sub for our home theafter setup in the family room. My wife doesn’t like the way commercials boom, and I get it. We have paired 5s in the living room where we listen to music. Can I move the mini sub to this paired set-up?

I use my Sonos Amp for on line music only. Why does the app say the TV will stop playing if I continue.I have never connected it to the TV??????

I use the speakers in two situations and in both cases the only speaker that gives sound is the Beam. My two use cases are:normal TV watching mostly through an Apple TV using the Apple TV to steam my MacBook to the TV When I stream to the TV I don't use the audio from the MacBook and instead use my phone for music and use Airplay to stream Apple Music for background noise.
