I just got a Sonos Move. I am wondering if there is a setting which allows me to still listen to the speaker while on the phone?

Using the Move in Wi-Fi mode lets you listen to it while using the phone for other purposes.

Thanks! So I tried that but it wont play in Wi-Fi??
You need to switch the Move to WiFi, then use the Sonos app, an app which supports playing directly to Sonos, or if you are using iOS, you can Airplay to Sonos. See these links:
