Hello just found a brand new zoneplayer 120 in the storage.
I tried to set.. after doing rhe set-up procedure it said that theres an update.
Bit it always failed and have error code 11.
What i should i do?

The firmware in your Sonos device is too old to update and you will need to contact Sonos for assistance.
