Have Arc, Sub and 2 x One's. Been fine first 2 months. Now I can't raise volume limit above 15, if I do it falls straight back to 15

That sounds like, at least potentially, some failure of the network being able to send an appropriate volume change command from the controller to the speaker. I’d be curious if the hardware buttons on the speakers are similarly affected. At the very least, I’d suggest a power cycle of your Sonos devices. If that doesn’t work, I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it.
