Sonos Roam do not start.

I some problems to start the speaker. 

I plug it and I have a small red light at the bottom and it seems like the devise don’t charge, I use different way to charge it but I have a 10W plug with de usb C cable of the Roam. 


Do you have any recommandation how I can know if it's the battery or the starting button the problem?

If the red light stays displayed, it’s likely not charging - If it’s your own USB power ‘brick’, check that it is a PD certified charger with a power-output between 5v x 2A —> 3A (10w to 15w).

I am aware of that. I use an IPad brick and it’s not working. 

I think the product are broken. Sonos replace it! 


What are the power specifications on that ‘iPad brick’?
