I am getting a 1000 error repeatedly. There was another issue that mentioned the answer is to disconnect from VPN. I do not have VPN for the device I am using any other ideas? 

Hi ! I do have Sonos PlayBar under my tely , and i woul like to buy Sonos ARC , the point is that my Play bar mounted to my wall with Sonos wall mount ! And there is a holes already ! Any crossovers exist to Arc bar ? 

Will be using in theater room that is 12 feet wide by 25 feet deep with 7 foot drop ceiling. Hooked up to 98 incg TCL tv. What would be best setup: Arc theater in a box with 2sl’sorArc, the sub and 2 5’s? or a different one? I am looking for the absolute best setup for movies/sports/tv. Not for music as I have other setups for that. 

Hi,I am having a setup of multiple sonos speakers (livingroom: arc with sub and two ones, bathroom: one, bedroom: two symfonisk, outdoor: move, ...) Everything was fully functional regarding spotify until one month ago.Now super weird behavior - livingroom, mancave etc works super well with spotify both via spotify app on my phone as well as via sonos app Selected rooms / speakers do not connect at all to spotify If I group speakers and start with the ones working e.g. livingroom and connect them to spotify and then linking in the non working speakers step by step - they all playNo change in router software, router rebooted, hard resetted speakers, setup system completely new, wired and wireless, carried the speakers around in my flat in case of wifi coverage - it seems that some speakers are just completely broken regarding spotify, others functioning.Btw - broken speakers can play anything else via the network (from internal server, from tune-in etc.)Any ideas? How to perform factory reboot. Something other than unplug and plug back in? Performed this function so many times I could not possible count. 

I keep getting 701 error when I go to play my Spotify Songs. When I play from ANY other playlist on Spotify, it all works fine. Im a little annoyed the Sonos keep just putting this down to a ‘network error’ and to restart my router to be honest. What difference does it make if its MY playlist or another playlist on Spotify??

Hi folks, Here is my Sonos setup : Beeam Gen2 / Sub mini / 2 x OneSL  When i disable surround Audio, Sonos One SL are flashing green (slowly), not pleasant during the night... So I want to simply disable all status light , when i do that wih iOS app in the piece , Sons One Sl remains illuminated… (Beeam & Sonos Sub are OK off), Can you help me ? Best regards,

How do I clear all the paused stations on each player?I was woken in the night by one speaker suddenly deciding to un pause.

Since I switched to Windows 11 I can't add folders to my music Library settins. I'm trying to add a music folder that's on my internal hardrive and I keep getting the message "Sonos was unable to add the music folder, Reason: The computer "DELLPC" refused to let Sonos connect to it.

Two days ago, one of the speakers in my system stopped being able to have audio sent to it from Airplay. I get an error on my iPad that simply states: “Airplay: Unable to connect to “Office”.” Airplay works on my 4 other Sonos speakers throughout the house, apart from this one. None are added to my home via Homekit. I’ve tried the following:Restarting speaker Restarting iPad Restarting network Changing from a wired (sonosnet) to a wireless network connection Factory resetting speaker  The best workaround I have for the moment is AirPlaying to another speaker, setting volume to 0, and grouping to my Office speaker, but this is insanely convoluted. I found a few other posts regarding similar issues, however they’ve stated that a factory reset has fixed the issue - unfortunately not the case for me. Is the only option currently to wait for Apple to fix their AirPlay architecture? Or has anyone come across a different fix?

I have an older Sonos looks exactly like the new FIVE.  I set up the 2 new white FIVES and the Arc yesterday and found my 4-6 year old old black Sonos that looks like a Five.  How do I add this to my other 3 pieces ? 

Does it matter which channel for Sonos ? 1, 6, or 11

Even after a re-install of the app. This applies to both the app on the iPhone and the PC app. Thanks for any thoughts.EDIT: this only fails when listening to radio feeds. Works fine when playing my music library. IfI switch back to a radio feed, it shows the same title from weeks ago.

I have a Sony Bravia tv linked to a Sonos Beam Gen 2 vis HDMI Arc. Most tv channels are ok but some show Stereo PCM where the sound volume is very low and poor quality. I have to double the volume setting to make it audible.Is there a solution for this? 

I have moved into a house with Connect:Amp installed (I think it is likely more than five years old) I have installed the Sonos 1 app and it can find the unit after I turn it on with a factory reset (power on whilst holding the top button (mute button).  The app then asks me to press and release the top two buttons (mute and volume up) but then never proceeds beyond that. The unit light starts flashing orange. The Connected:Amp is connected to my router via an ethernet cable and is connected to the same network as my iPhone

In the past few days I’ve notice a problem with Amazon Albums. You can select play, but only one track will play, before it starts to play other tracks from other albums. They are not completely random. Its almost as if it is stuck in a ‘play other tracks like this’ mode. Also, I can’t add the album to the queue. This appears only to be a problem with Amazon music. Any ideas on what's gone wrong or how to fix it? (I’ve tried reinstalling Amazon music)

I just bought the Sonos Five. I have an Audio Technica AT-LP3 turntable that has a phono preamp. I bought an adapter I pressed the line / phono switch. But nothing happens. No sound.Can you help me please ?Thanks very much

I have the Sonos Arc and have my Amazon Music (Unlimited) and Pandora accounts connected. In my Amazon Music app settings, I am using the default Loudness Normalization. That’s supposed to “play all songs at the same loudness level.” However, that is not at all happening. One song will play at a good volume, then the next song will be extremely loud. It doesn’t seem to matter whether the song is HD, Ultra HD or Atmos. How to remedy this so that they play at one level on the Arc?

I accidentally hijacked a Sonos Move in the home of a relative, who lives in another city. I played music on her Move when I visited and was connected to her WiFi. Now when I got home and tried to play Spotify music on my own Move, the music comes from her speaker. This is spooky. I renamed my own Move and now I can choose which Move, in which city, to play music on. We are all on S2. Is this a bug or a feature? Is this a Sonos or Spotify problem?

Hi,i just added two Sonos one SL and a Sub mini to my gen 2 Beam. It « works » except that when powered on, the two one SL are quite loudly buzzing constantly which is pretty unpleasant. i did a diag : 1035931804is there anything wrong with the speakers ?thanks and regards,pierre
