I have 2 alexa echo in my kitchen, one using line out to the Sonos. When playing on the ‘group’ with both speakers the Sonos is half a second behind. Is there any way to fix this?

No. The line-in on Sonos is always delayed due to the need to buffer the input for multi-room streaming.
