Can I connect my output from a sky mini to a Sonos move (or Sonos one).
the sky box has optical out - can this connect to the Sonos move USB C port ?

No, there is no way to physically connect the Sky Mini to the One. And the USB-C port on the Move is only used for charging and for diagnostic purposes.
