HI, I currently have the Arc, sub and 2 Ones in my living room, I'm wondering if I can create another room ‘living room  2’ that uses the ones and the sub only?

Short answer: no.

Longer answer: you’d have to un-bond them from the Arc each time and set them up as a new “room”. Then reverse that for 5.1 duties again. It’s an often-asked-for feature.

That is, of course, unless you want just the Arc as one room, and the Ones-and-Sub as a second room? In which case: Yes!
