Recently discovered AI DJ in my car through iPhone app and loved it.  Came home and tried to play it on Sonos but it’s nowhere to be found on the Spotify app within Sonos...generally speaking have never liked how it looks so different.  Thoughts?  Solution?  Thank you!😊

Can I connect a third era 300 speaker to my existing two era 300 speakers so that they all play together at the same time?   Thanks

My couch is 14 feet away from my TV which has an Arc and Subwoofer. I was thinking about getting the Era 300 but I’m unsure where to place them.  My couch is 13 feet long, against a wall and the left side is only one foot from the a pillar.  Is the eras 300 the right product and where should I place them?  

I own two Sonos ONE SL speakers paired together. Wanting to expand the system, I would be interested in purchasing a Sonos RAY soundbar, to place under my TV.Is it possible to connect the two ONE SL speakers with the soundbar to create a Home Theater system?Thanks for your answers or suggestions.😉

Dear Community,I'm seriously thinking about purchasing two Roams to play in stereo. Wolud someone please advise whether speakers will work with the Huawei 628 modem router? Speakers can also will play in stereo mode connected to phone/ laptop (Windows 10) and other devices via bluetooth without wifi?  For first configuration I going to use stable wifi, Huawei 628 is only my alternative when I’m traveling.

My soundbar doesnt work when I adjust volume on tv. On device connector I just choose optical connection and that’s all, there isn’t any option for choosing Sonos or anything like that. If I unpair the magic remote then I can adjust volume on my soundbar, it seems that when it pairs something change. Is there any solution? The software version is 06.10.30

Hello, I have a video projector (Optoma UHD38) connected by an HDMI cable to my internet box (Freebox Revolution). I would like to be able to broadcast the sound coming from the video projector directly to the Sonos Move 2. Do you know if this is possible? Is there a solution using the bluetooth option on the Sonos Move 2 by chance? I am open to all types of configurations and solutions that would allow me to do this. Thank you in advance for your help Nicolas. PS : and below a rear view of my Optoma UHD38  

Hi - I’ve read a few threads, but would like to clarify:I have two ceiling speakers (DALI Phantom E80) which are 6 ohm. I have a single third ceiling speaker in an adjoining en-suite bathroom (Monitor Audio AWC265 T2) which is 8+8 ohms.I suspect I can’t wire all three to one Sonos Amp as I would drop below 4 ohm on one channel- is that correct? (I’m new to all this…)Thanks

Hi  I recently moved in to a house with 4 old Sonos Play 1 speakers attached to the home. There’s 4 of them. The old owners also left a Sonos boost as there’s a considerable lag between controls and the Sonos Play 1s.  I’m trying to maximise the use of the Play 1s and reckon the best thing that they lack is an airplay feature [we all use Apple products in our home]  I’m wondering if I can give these Play1s some soft of a semblance of Airplay capabilities by purchasing a Sonos beam Gen½ then group it into 5 groups: A- Sonos Beam + Play1AB- Sonos Beam + Play 1 BC- Sonos Beam + Play 1 CD - Sonos Beam + Play 1DE- Sonos Beam  A-D will have the Sonos Beam muted. Then when I want to airplay say YouTube video I do it to A if I want Play1a to play it.  My questions are; Will this work? If I am air playing to group A, can someone use the Sonos Beam (Group E) independently?Thanks in advance!

Hi Guys, I have my Tv connected to Sonos Beam —> two in-ceiling with Amp—> and Sub Mini.Can i add 2x Era 100 to existing setup for better experience as I feel in ceiling is not giving enough surround feel.  Thanks in advance 

Multiple Sonos Ports in separate installations. One or multiple Ports will drop its connection ( was selected in the app, but then drops ). The Ports are all hardwired. Go back into the app select again, it will play for a few minutes and then drop again. This happens across multiple Ports at multiple locations. It is not location specific. Reboots of the switch, and modem have no effect on the behavior.Anyone else seeing similar behavior over a hardwired Ethernet network?

I have purchased a sub gen 3 in the hope to connect to my playbar. The sub finds the network, connects and then drops out. I’ve rebooted my router several times but it will not hold the connection.  I have rebooted all devices, reset an everything and reset the router. Still unable to connect. I’ve attempted from iPad, iPhone and iMac - nothing seems to be working.  I am now losing the will to keep the sub as it seems to be a very expensive device which is collecting dust! Any help would be gratefully appreciated.  Thanks!

Hi FolksNow sure if you can help but I have purchased a Sub Mini and despite doing a factory reset 3 times now, it sets up fine but just will not appear on my app and therefore I can’t link it to my existing Sonos Beam.I am out of ideas. I have unplugged the router and re-connected, factory reset the sub 3 times. It says that the product may not appear on the app and to rectify the issue simply unplug the Sub Mini and plug it in again. I did that a few times. Didn’t work.Surely it should be a very very simple process so why can’t I seem to get it working?Thanks in advanceGav

Hi.  Is anyone successfully running Sonos S2 with Mac Ventura OS and connecting to their own music library stored on their Mac book?Given the problems I’m having connecting & as Ventura is relatively new, I wonder if there isn’t yet a fix for this?I love the sound quality of our Sonos but my loyalty is fading fast.Thanks

I have Play 3, sub and playbar in the lounge and the same set up upstairs, except the rears are Play 1. For months the sound in both rooms has been unstable, with songs cutting out for about ten seconds and the sound returning, sometimes stopping completely or the sound stopping in the rears and only coming out of the playbar, only to revert to normal a few seconds later. I use the S2 app. If I use the back button to start a track again it usually plays normally. Wireless has been checked in the house and is working as it should. Any suggested resolutions welcome. Thank you. 

I have my ARC connected to my TV. Is there a way to mute the TV sound, and stream music to my ARC? Essential looking to listen to music and have the TV on with no volume. TIA

When I look at my sono, I Can not turn on the microfon. It doesn’t turn Blue or give any Sound when I pres “the buttom” 

I must be missing something obvious.  i have added all sorts of playlists, etc to “My Sonos,” but “My Sonos” does not appear in the iOS app. It’s on the desktop app, but not iOS. 

HiI recently installed have a Sonos Arc and Sub setup with two one SL surrounds. Is it possible to connect one Sonos play 5 to the system. Will the app allow it to be paired with the arc. If so possible how can it be done?  I recently went to a friends place and he had two sonos sub and two fives as surrounds which gave awesome sound for music. I was hoping to add one 5 to the setup as I cant return my one SL now and so that I could get more sound especially for music.  

I have a surround setup on my TV (Arc, 2 x Ones and Base). I recently bought a Sonos Move.When playing music on YouTube via my TV i would like to ability to add my Sonos Move as its positioned another part of my open plan kitchen and living area.I know i can select each Sonos device and group when playing via my mobile but how can I do that when playing through my TV? BTW: I am aware Move cannot be connected to surround setup.

I recently purchased the Pro-Ject 1 turntable and Sonos Five.Frankly, I am disappointed in how loud the system is…it’s in a rather cavernous room. Would adding a Sonos sub and another Five make it “louder” or do I need to abandon ship and get some standing floor speakers to get the sound I’m looking for?

REPOST of a previous thread, but after all it was not resolved.Hi, I have an issue with my Sonos soundbar setup.I have a 2021 Samsung AU8000 TV, Sonos Beam Gen 2 (Sonos HDMI cable) and Apple TV 4K 2022 (connected via HDMI 2.1 cable).I have just upgraded from Apple TV 4K 2017 and I started having a strange sound issue with eARC, Pass-through and Dolby Atmos enabled. The sound is distorted - high pitched and out-of-sync.If I disable any of the mentioned options, it goes back to normal. Also, this applies only to content from ATV, all internal Samsung apps sound fine.I’ve upgraded my ATV HDMI cable (no change), updated Sonos to 15.10, re-adopted my Sonos System and tried myriad different options on the TV or ATV.So in conclusion, the only change was upgrading Apple TV from 2017 to 2022 model and the issue appeared. Additional findings:Tried resetting via @GuitarSuperstar method. It now sometimes works fine (multi-channel PCM), other times switches back to Stereo PCM, other times glitches
