Added TV box remote amd now the LG TV remote doesnt control volume

Had to trawl this forum last week setting up a Ray to work with a 2022 model LG TV but pieced together a solution from people who shared theirs.

Tonight I added the TV box remote as a second remote via the app which works instantly. However, now the TV remote no longer controls the volume. 
 

I’ve reset everything on the TV. The Sonos mobile app says the remote is already paired. 
 

Is there a way to select and unpair remote via the app? 
 

Losing my mind and so much time with this. Poor documentation from Sonos and poor product design by LG.

Hi

Assuming you programmed your TV remote via the Sonos app instructions during setup of the Ray all you need do is setup the TV Box remote via the instructions provided by your TV.  By doing so the TV box remote will mimic the TV remote and so on to control volume of the Ray.
