Connecting Roam to Lenovo T14

I have a new Sonos Roam and pleased with it so far but cant get it to connect to my laptop via Bluetooth!

Both are on the same Wi Fi network, it is connecting to other devices seamlessly and I can see the Roam in the recognised Bluetooth devices, but cant get an option to actually connect it!

Would appreciate any advice and thanks

From the Roam user guide

Bluetooth pairing

  1. Turn on Bluetooth in your device settings.
  2. Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds until you hear two chimes, then release. The status light blinks blue when the speaker is ready to pair.
  3. Choose Sonos Roam from the list of available devices. Your mobile device will automatically connect next time.

Thanks John and, although i had tried it before, rebooting and starting from scratch as you suggest appears to have solved the problem
