Hi, after some help please.  Been using Sonos for several years, S1.  Not used it for a few weeks and changed my phone, thought nothing of it, until I tried to access the music on my library on the NAS.  Can see all of the titles but on selecting it states “access denied”  Thought it was an issue with the phone, so deleted app and reinstalled, found the library on the NAS, It then updates the library and shows all of the albums etc again, select a track and again, access denied.  Tried on two phones, PC, same result each time.  Any idea what I'm doing wrong please?

I have a play base, sub and 2 x play 1 in my living room. They were all working together as the  surround system until I recently got a new internet hub. I factory reset everything and added them individually to my system.The play base & play 1’s work as individuals. When I added the sub to the play base they worked together, when I then added the surrounds it all went wrong.The sub still shows as attached to the play base but zero output from the sub.The play 1’s show as the surrounds attached to the base & sub but zero output from them.When I tried to compete the true sound it worked for the play base when on its own but repeatedly fails with the play 1’s & sub attached as complete system.I have an Ethernet cable attached to the play base only as not possible to link the others that way. All help & guidance welcomed. 

Have own Sonos system for 2 years and never been able to connect to Audible. Many talks to support and no solution. I live in Iceland and have Audible UK, but when I connect to Audible the authentication is always for Audible US. Support tells me that I have to change my Sonos Profile and live in UK. For many months my Profile says I live in UK but still the authentication is for Audible US instead of UK.Why don’t let user choose witch Audible Market u want to authenticate against? Like everyone else does it.

My power was out for less than a minute last night. When sony tv turned itself back on, there was no longer any sound. I cannot easily access the back of the tv or the sonos bar bc they are hung. Is there an easy way for me to fix this problem?

Hi! Bought a Pro-ject T1 turntable and Sonos five for Christmas. Set up and was working fine, then just stopped playing. Record still spinning, we jiggled cords, static, came on a bit again, then no sound out of sonos. We can hear it faintly from the record player but nothing from sonos. Turntable is set to line out. If we switch to phono out it plays through the sonos but quietly and with static. Sonos streams fine. We disconnected and reconnected everything, reset the sonos. Still just a faint sound from the turntable and nothing coming from sonos. Help!

I imagine someone answered this before, but can you stream CD quality music to S1 generation speakers using Amazon Music. I know you used to be able to stream CD quality music to Tidal using them way back when. Thanks!

The only Sonos device I have is a Symfonisk.I want to buy a turntable, but can’t find how I can have it play on my Symfonisk.I’d rather not have to buy a 500$ device to ensure connectivity…Any simple solution?Thanks

I purchased a Fisher 36 that was made in 1972. It is a phenomenal multi changer stereo that works great. The person I purchased it from said it could connect via RCA to a Sonos connect or something and I would be able to listen to records that way. I tried this and it did not work. Was wondering if others have been able to do this and maybe the connect is not what I should use?Thank you for any help you can offer. Mike 

I have Arc/ sub and 2 Era 300s as surrounds, I was trying dolby 7.1.4 speakers test file on xbox series x and nvidia shield all the speakers working except the front and rear upward firing speakers on Arc and Era 300s. I removed Era 300s as surrounds and paired them again with Arc that solves the issue. But again today I tried the same file and same issue no upward firing speaker working, tried the unpairing and pairing again makes them work. Does anyone else having this issue?

Hello. I am new to Sonos universe so forgive the probably stupid question. I have 2 new Era 100s that are stereo paired in my living room and Bluetooth connected to my turntable. I want to add an additional speaker so I can listen to what’s playing on the Era 100s anywhere else my house or outside, so I am thinking of getting the Sonos Move 2. Since they all connect to one another over wifi, this is possible, right? I’m assuming yes, but I would like to know for sure before I buy it. Thanks very much!

I just took beam 2 plus sub mini with 2 was 300. The 300’s of surround sound did not have the central speaker active and therefore any dialogue is not played by them. Really disappointing result. You have suggestions? Thank you t

Apple has recently released a new music app called Apple Classical. I have a weird one. Is Sonos Radio HD Channel New Wave down? Every other channel I try works, but not that one. It’s one of my favorites, but it isn’t playing anything. Just wanted to see if it was just me or everyone. 

What is the highest streaming resolution available when used as an end point.

I know this has been asked a lot of times before but I can't seem to find a fix.All seem to be disconnecting at random intervals and it's becoming quite frustrating.Any fix that will actually work?

Hi all,I recently bought a Beam (Gen 2) and think it sounds great.However, I was watching a Blu-ray on an Xbox One S (the previous gen Xbox) and the Atmos sound is skipping or stuttering occasionally (and I can tell as the “Dolby Atmos via sound bar” label will pop up on the top right of the screen).I tested this with Disney+ and had no issues with the Atmos sound when watching content this way. So I am assuming this is something to do with old Xbox tech, but any thoughts are appreciated.I have this LG TV. My TV and Xbox are up-to-date. I have already unplugged everything.Thanks.

I usually listen to Scala Radio, which is available through Planet Radio. This morning when I opened the Sonos app it opened onto the Settings page (I haven’t been on that page for ages) When I went back to my home page and tried to play Scala I got a message saying that Planet Radio was not available in my country. I tried going back to settings took out Planet Radio to see if reinstalling it would help but when I search for it it’s no longer there. Anyone else having this problem or know of a solution please?I HAVE JUST FOUND OUT PLANET RADIO HAVE CHANGED THEIR NAME TO RAYO. THIS CAN BE ADDED AND ALL IS WELL AGAIN (Would have been handy for Planet Radio to let us know that this was happening!)

Ok - bear with me. I have an existing setup of Sonos products - Beam, OneSL, One’s and an old Play:1.  Everything is fine.I have bought two ERA100’s to pair with the beam.When I attempt to set them up, I get the above message from the sonos app - “We couldn’t find any Sono products on your mobile device’s network so we can’t set up your Era 100. Please try again”.So far I have:Factory reset both Era 100’s Powered them off for hours, and back on again Powered off and on again the router, and all of the Unifi APs. Moved all Sonos producst to Wifi (I had one wired previously). Made a number of Multicast specific settings on the Router/AP configuration. Nothing seems to help. Every so often the message from the app is subtly different, in that it names my SSID, but it’s not consistent. Weirdly, at one point, one of the Eras did do configuration - I could see it on the Router connected over 5G and it had an IP address, etc.  I could see internet traffic from the Era100. However it never app

Hey all, I have an LG TV connected with an Apple TV 4K and a Sonos Ray. I was able to set up my LG Smart Remote to control the sound bar in the Sonos App with no problems.  However, the Apple TV remote still does not control the Sonos Ray audio. I have tried resetting the Apple TV remote by holding down the home and volume down button, and while it did reset the remote it did not fix the issue. I tried adding the remote via the Sonos app but it didn’t detect it. My Apple TV is connected via the HDMI CEC on the TV. All systems are fully updated. Any ideas in what I can do to make it work?

Hello, I am looking in to purchase an Era 300 for my office and using it for music as well as a computer speaker for my desk (M2 MacBook Pro). My question is, will I be able to receive Dolby Atmos sound via the 3.5mm headphone jack on the era 300 (with the adapter) or is it limited to streaming and surround pairs thanks!

Just got a pair of Roams, pretty impressed, but there’s a couple of things that seem a little disappointing, although it could be that I’m doing something wrong, so I want to ask some expert advice please;Firstly, I had assumed that I could pair them in stereo when they are in the same space just by  a quick press of a button on the app, and then when I move one back in to another room, they would ‘de-stereo’ (for want of a better way of describing it). Instead it seems to be a bit more of a multi step set-up up process, in particular when I want to move them apart again, I have to ‘Remove Stereo Pair’ which is a bit more of a permanent process, requiring me to go through the multi-step set up process when I want to pair them again. Am I missing something here, is there a simpler and quicker way to use them in stereo just by bringing them together, and just as easily reverse this by separating them again? Hi,I have a Sonos Arc connected to an LG G3 via HDMI ARC port.The volume seems to randomly go way down (very low, not muted) and then reset itself to the actual value set. These drops last for around 2/3 seconds and occur quite frequently.I've checked all options and see nothing the would suggest auto volume being on. I've already submitted diagnostics via this ID 1166703145Best regards,Romeu

Hi everyone! I have Sonos Arc and Sub in our family room and Sonos One Gen 2 in two bedrooms respectively. I recently bought two Sonos Era100 for our family room to set them as surround sound speakers. When I go to Arc to  set up surrounds, it only gives me an option to add Sonos One that are set up in both bedrooms. It doesn't give me an option to add Era100. I have tried to factory reset both the Arc and Era 100 and still the same result. What else can I do?
