Hello! I have a Hisense Roku tv and the picture has gone out. I couldn’t connect my Sonos system to it anyway, after numerous calls to Sonos for help, so maybe it’s a blessing in disguise. When I can afford to buy a new one, how will I know if it will be compatible with Sonos? I have the Playbar, Sub, and two satellite speakers, which I believe are called Sonos One SL.Would Sony tvs work with my system? What other brands?Thank you in advance for any help!

Pretty simple setup, single WLAN ESSID/SSID that connects all my home devices, Mac’s, Apple-TV, iPhone, Cameras etc. and my Sonos-Roam and my two Sonos-ERA-100’s.Spotify on my Mac/iPhone can see and instantly play music to any of my Sonos devices, it’s seamless….. my Sonos app however on my Mac or iPhone has constant difficulty in ‘seeing’ both devices, it’s one or the other. Additionally, just my base MacBook when ‘looking’ for speakers with AirPlay easily finds any Sonos device and can stream music. Any thoughts or ideas please…. Yes, I have latest version of Sonos App on my iPhone/Mac.

Hello there..I’m wondering if I can group a Sonos Roam with two Sonos One and transmit via bluetooth to Roam and the Roam shares the stream to other grouped speakers. In my ongoing frustration to save about £10 a month (I know, but it’s better in my pocket than theirs), I’ve been trying to find a way to play YouTube via my Sonos stereo pair. YouTube are idiots.Their interface is so basic and clunky that I’m not even tempted to spend out on their speaker system....and it MUST be costing them money as people simply won’t spend on a platform that doesn’t work with their systems. If anyone has ideas on how to make this work, I’m all ears.I only have two Sonos One and 6 3rd gen Echo Dots. 

HI Community,I have the gen 1 Sonos Amp wired to 4 speakers in our cealing and a sonos Sub also. A room called Kitchen.For easy listening.On my more serious hifi system i run a Cambridge Audio evo 150 amp which is wired to my BKS Hybrid 150 speakers. To this Cambridge i have connected the old Sonos connect (called living room) so i can get sonos sound to run in both rooms. This is working the 2 rooms are not in sync which is quite annoying.Any ideas would be appreciated

My new Sonos Roam won't connect to Google Assistant. I tried using the Sonos Voice Control instead but that is not compatible with either Spotify nor BBC Sounds and is therefore pointless. I have looked at every single existing support thread on this Community Forum and followed the advice of them all, and nothing works. I have only one Google account, and my Roam and phone are both connected to the same WiFi network. I have no other voice control currently installed on the Roam. I have tried unlinking my Sonos account on Google Assistant/Home, I've tried restarting all devices and the router, and deleting and reinstalling apps. Nothing works. I select to add Google Assistant voice control on the app, and select my Roam as the device (I own no other 'smart' speakers etc), and click to add Google Assistant again, and then I just get the error message below every time saying "There was a problem adding Google Assistant". I got try again and nothing happens. I've submitted diagnostics twi

Curious if anyone has setup 3 ARC’s in an LCR configuration and / or if it’s possible 

I seem to be having some trouble with the Apple Music integration within my Sonos app. Anytime I attempt to access 'Playlists' or 'Recently Added' I receive the error message "We've run into a problem. Try Again."I have restarted the app, disconnected and re-connected Apple Music from the Sonos app, but seem to be still experiencing the issue. I have also reauthorised the connection through the Sonos app.Has anyone con across this before? Is there any fix?TIA! 

I would like to purchase a Move 2 that I can use when I travel to vacation rentals. Does it require wifi connection to be set up via the Sonos app? Or can I just power it on and connect via Bluetooth/Airplay like a regular bluetooth speaker?I saw some Amazon reviews stating it doesn’t connect with bluetooth and wasn’t sure if that was just user error or if this is just software bugs that Sonos has not resolved.Thanks in advance

I have a Gen 1 play 5 that I pretty much only play from Spotify and have been having an issue with it intermittently going quiet. About every 5-10 minutes, it will go silent for like 5 seconds. The music continuous playing on other speakers in the group. Its only this one speaker that has the issue. This has been happening for quiet a while and happens on totally new wifi networks as well so I dont think its an issue with the network. Has anyone ever experienced this? Support diagnostics 187292451

Audio cutting out every time used, sometimes for minutes at a time

Sometimes, when trying to listen to a tunein radio station, we receive a “This station is no longer available on Sonos radio”. Next time I try, I can listen to that same station. It’s frustrating because there’s no reason given other than that message and it happens unexpectedly. I’m committed to Sonos with a number of devices but seriously thinking aobout moving to another service. Are there solutions?

Greetings,I have read the various submissions until I’m too tired to read anymore.  I can’t find anything that matches my situation, close but not quite.  Windows 10, latest version of Sonos, firewall checked, etc.All my music is on my PC which is where Sonos is pointed to.  Previously the music was on my NAS. I decided not to deal with any NAS issues and point Sonos locally to my PC instead as the NAS is just a backup of my PC.  While creating a new playlist I noticed that there was music missing from the Artist, Albums, and Songs.  I have run scans many times, but Sonos fails to see the music is there.  Recently while playing an old Playlist, I noticed some songs didn’t play as the Sonos log thought they were on the NAS and couldn’t access them.  No problem, remove the songs and add them back from the PC.  1st question: Where is this information stored and how can I correct it regarding where the location of the music is?2nd question: Why can’t I get Sonos to see the missing artists

Hi,Do you have the same problem?My system consists of the Arc SL soundbar, a gen 3 sub and two rear era 300s as a stereo pair.All recent films on Netflix 2015 and above, the voices are not clear, like muffled. I notice that older films, 90s early 2000s no problem, the voices are clear. However, I activated background noise reduction in the Sonos apps on the TV control, I tried several settings, but I still have the same problem. The voices are really not clear. I have to point out that my Sony 4k TV does not have an eArc HDMI, but only Arc, but I don't think that's the problem.Help needed please, thanks!

Hi, I have honed in on the Sonos Arc 7.1.4 Home Theater Bundle and adding two separate Era 300’s for our new home build. The Bundle would be in the family room and the added Era 300’s in the kitchen. I am trying to be as wire free as possible in our open concept family room/kitchen room. My goal is to have the ability to play the family room setup along with the two added Era 300’s in the kitchen at the same time or have the ability to watch a movie with the surround sound setup in the family room while playing streaming music in the kitchen.  Any advice is appreciated as this is a big expense and I want to make the right decision.

Hi all!Got the original sonos one wall mount. The product looks very good, but when I tried to pivot it (before mounting on a dry wall) it wont budge. Could it be that stiff? Anyone have it?Neven

I have had this setup for a little under 2 years,  all of a sudden tv keeps dropping the connection and going back to tv speaker.  Using the cable that came with it,  changed to new cable,  checked all other devices for cec no luck.   Only way to get it back is unplug it from the power and back in. I ran a diagnostic 557311022. 

Running Sonos app, playing spotify to my Era 100 speaker. When an ad starts the audio stops. I have to hit the pause and then play. After that the ad starts. Have Galaxy a12 phone. Very frustrating.

Can not control volume from my cel phone

My sonos arc is switching from earc to hdmi and back constantly the last days. I don’t understand why. The sound gets muted when switching, and it does it rapidly. How can I fix this? I’m using the original HDMI cable with a 2022 Samsung tv

I have the Sonos Arc connected to a Sony A90J TV. I used to see a screen saver when I switched to the HDMI3 Arc/eArc input the Arc is connected to but now I receive a no signal message. I restarted the TV, unplugged the HDMI cable on both ends but still no screen saver. Any ideas? The soundbar is still playing audio from the TV.

Recently ive been getting dropped audio during movies, spotify, xm radio, tunein. Prob others but thats all ive been listening to. Today i decided to start logging them. Turns out every 15 mins exactly for about 6 seconds each. 4:234:384:535:085:23 ... etcCpl weeks ago i shutoff the entire house to restart them all.  Still happening. Anyone else having this or know what it is / how to fix it?

when I ask for a specific music item sonos roam says ".... try again later" even tho Spotify is linked. How do I use voice control to get Spotify music? 

Can you use the speaker without Bluetooth?
