Hello, i have my sonos arc connected to my TV Samsung s90c (2023) bye HDMI arc. The soundbar sounds good, but i'd like to listen the soundbar and the TV speakers at the same time. Is It posible?

No. TV speakers are not meant to be used at the same time as an external audio device, so CEC shuts them off when an external device is detected. Even if you could, the sync would probably be slightly off, causing an echo, and the speakers are never going to be tonally similar.
Is there a reason you want this (besides the incorrect notion that more speakers = better sound).
