I have recently purchased a pair of Era300 speakers however the connection to wifi is extremely unstable and i keep getting signal drops. i dont belive it is my wifi as i am able to use other devices with no loss of signal. Can anyone suggest what the problem is as i have tried resetting it several times and its too late to return for a refund. i use as s23ultra phone which has the sonos app on it.

Sounds like you might be best off with Sonos Support rather than the user community here.

Wait for the issue, submit a diagnostic within  few minutes and call Sonos Support with the diagnostic number.

Do avoid the factory resets, they rarely fix things and often make them worse as well as wiping your settings and valuable diagnostic data.

Other devices want different things from your network. Could you describe your network for us?

I simply connect my speakers to my internet/wifi system through the sonos app on my phone as per the instructions
