Recently hearing static noise through beam especially bad on BBC channels through Sky Q box. Diagnostics **********

Now that you’ve submitted a diagnostic, you should call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

Unfortunately those of us in this forum can’t see the contents (except the moderators, who work for Sonos). Again, unfortunately, Sonos Support themselves don’t read this forum.
