Trim/case on back of new Beam 2 defective?

I’ve just taken delivery of a new Beam 2 direct from Sonos. As I was taking out the box I noticed that the trim/case just above the ports popped in and out under light pressure. I might be being fussy but I’m worried it’s going to rattle when there’s sound going through it. All my other Sonos speakers feel really solid so it caught me off guard. Anyone else’s like this? it doesn’t look damaged so not sure if this is normal?

Hi @sparrow81

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team - they’ll organise a replacement for you if the build quality is anything less than ideal.

I hope this helps.

Thanks @Corry P. I’ve initiated an RMA return so hopefully will get sorted. Just a bit of a pain shipping from the UK so wanted some validation before going to the effort.

Thanks again.
