Hello, this has probably been addressed several times, but I have a question about Android. I replaced my iPad for a Galaxy Tab and it can't airplay. Is there an app that can stream music from the radio to Sonos for example?

Sonos supports many radio station aggregators, as well as direct station streaming urls. What station?
It does not support streaming directly from an Android device though.

Which, I believe, is the choice made by Google, who makes the Android OS (and Chromecast) and not by Sonos themselves.
