Whole house is done up in Sonos, including a One SL for my 4 year old daughter.  … which she likes to set the volume to max, and then put her face directly in front of the speaker. Not good.  I have attempted to set the volume limit in the app to 70% for her speaker, but when she uses the on speaker controls it seems to blow right past that limit. Is there any way to actually limit her to 70% max volume? Thanks!

My Sonos Move fails to connect to a Bluetooth device (Epson projector). It will find the projector but fail to connect every time. I have a Bose Bluetooth speaker that successfully connects every time so I can rule out the projector as the problem. Suggestions?  This is frustrating and I'm contemplating returning this speaker. 

For whatever reason I’m not able to do the trueplay tuning. I have turned off every appliance in my place and sat quiet in front of the tv and still won’t tune, stating ‘reduce background noise’. Probably a separate issue but my Beam is tweaking/peaking at certain stages. I find it happens when there’s a deeper voice speaking and occasionally during music (maybe certain frequencies?).  We have a Beam and Sub only and it’s really really annoying that I’ve spent all this money for a less than great sound. Any hopes of making it work better?

Been having trouble with Napster for a few weeks. Anyone else having similar issues?

My Move is dead! Completely unresponsive. No lights, led’s or anything. I’ve tried manual rebooting with no joy. I’ve tried charging overnight but n cradle and via USB, nothing works. Pressing and holding buttons for 5, 10, 30 seconds still no joy. any help appreciated, I’ve had it for just over 3 years and warranty has run out! 

 I have two IKEA Symfonisk, and I am trying to connect them to my Google Home.When I try to connect them, Google Home sends me to the Sonos website to log in. Then I get a message that I need to connect the speakers to my account, even though the speaker system is already on my account, and I am logged in on the Sonos app When I try to move on from this page, I get a new message saying I need to update the Sonos app, but then I am stuck because the app is already fully updated. If I click the update button, it opens the Sonos app and nothing else happens.I tried reaching out to customer support, but they were unable to help me.Anyone know how to fix this? 

Good evening, My system updated to 15.2 today and following this update, all of my speakers’ volumes are easily double what they were before.  I run one of my Play 1’s at volume 4 at night and have done for years, but volume 4 is now way too loud and even setting it to 1 is very loud.  I have 2x Play 1’s, 1x Play 3 and the latest Five and it’s the same on all of them.  I’ve had to set a volume limit of 50% on each speaker but now all of my volume references for me and my family are all over the place which is incredibly annoying.  Any ideas?

Hi there, my question is about using my turntable with Sonos Connect (the one without the amp) and just using that to play on my other Sonos speakers, (Playbar and two Play 1 surrounds and a sub).I got rid of my old speakers and the giant receiver they were connected to but felt I could still use the Connect as a way to play records but it’s not working. Any ideas? Or is what I’m doing not possible?

Is there a way to browse and edit what devices are paired with my Sonos Roam in the Sonos app? I’d like to remove a connection so it will no longer default to connecting to it.

The new forced upgrade no longer connects to my Sonos system. I have to disconnect from zScaler VPN (it has split horizons enabled), launch Sonos app on OSX, then I can reconnect to zScaler. Why is this? Is there some way to get around this?

Hi all, I have a Sonos play:5 Gen 1 and I cannot connect it to the BT Smart hub 2 (2024). I have spent an entire day with the BT support service and tried all options - I switched off the 5Ghz, I also tried the Mode 2 and 3 - but nothing worked. When I go through the network installation, after adding the network password, the process fails. I have many Amazon echo pop also connected to the hub and not sure this could be a problem? I also tried to do the network installation with all devices switched off apart from my laptop and phone. Still did not work. Any idea why this is happening? With the Virgin media hub everything was fine

I have my Era 300 connected to my WiFi at my office which is shared. Numerous times, someone else has kicked me off of my own device and started playing their audio. One time they turned it up all the way which was super disruptive. I’m in a big office so there’s no way to know who is doing it. I can’t seem to find a way to have the device connected to the WiFi but disable other devices/users from connecting. This seems like a huge problem and it’s kind of mind blowing this hasn’t been addressed. This should be an option that allows the device to be connected to other devices, or for that to be prevented. Anyone have ideas? Better yet, @Sonos this is a huge problem with an easy fix. Please do something.

When I logged into my Sonos this morning all of my streaming services other than TuneIn are missing. If I try to add services, only TuneIn & Last.fm are available.  is this a broad outage? Is there a setting that needs to be enabled?

I have 2 Sony XBR75X750H TV’s connected to Arc’s, Sub, and Amps (for rear speakers).Occasionally on both systems, the volume will not go off even when turnign down to 0.  I can fix by rebooting the TV.Yesterday when this problem happened, I unplugged the HDMI from the TV and the volume working properly on the internal speakers.  When I plugged the HDMI back in, the volume then also worked properly on the Arc.I have unsuccessfully tried Sony and Sonos support, although Sonos suggested calling back when the problem was happening.Any ideas?

I have a one and a one sl which I have set up as a stereo pair but the left speaker is louder.  I have tried turning them off and back on, in pairing them, re tuning and yes the left is noticeably louder.  all driver sound like they are working. One is brand new the other a couple of years old.  at a loss now. I have a stereo pair of era 100’s which are in balance.  any other suggestions? thank you 

My beam randomly plays loudly at the same time every day 

I recently added the Sonos Arc soundbar to my TV. I connected via the HDMI eARC port and the sound quality is pretty good. In my previous setup, I was able to turn my Yamaha soundbar and surround system off and connect my TV to my bluetooth headphones if I was watching TV late at night to not disturb my family members. I am unable to do that anymore. My headphones still connect to the TV but the sound is always directed to the soundbar. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? Is there a way to continue using headphones even after connecting the soundbar? I don’t want to unplug the soundbar every time I want to switch to headphones.

We have two Sonos One SL speakers in our salon which we’ve had for nearly 3 years now. Both are on wall brackets set high up. We recently had some bad storms which knocked out power for a few hours. Since then, I have been unable to get the speakers working. I have followed all the recommended steps including restarting the router, factory reset of the speakers, uninstalling the app and even setting up a new group. When I factory reset the speakers, the app finds them and takes me through all the setup. Once it says it’s added the speakers, I look but no speakers and the app is suddenly unable to find them. Once or twice it’s found the speakers but says they are not registered and wants to take me through the factory reset process again.What am I doing wrong? They used to work fine, now they either don’t recognise the wifi group or the app or both.

New to Sonos after buying the Arc.  I read the instructions on speech enhancement, where it’s required to choose “Now Playing” when engaging in the app.  But do you have to set speech enhancement on individual channels, or does the setting remain the default for all channels or streaming services after selecting it? 

I have both Apple Music and Amazon Music Unlimited.  I can save albums from both to "My Sonos".  But when I select the saved albums from My Sonos, only those saved from Apple music give me the option to play.   I can view the albums saved from Amazon, but there is no play option, which is pointless.    Is this a known bug, or am I doing something wrong? 

All the buttons on my Solar remote work except the guide button unless I’m only a couple feet away from the tv. All the other buttons work from the couch but that one, I was sent a replacement remote but it does the same thing! 

It would be helpful to be able to quickly navigate to Sonos Favorites (or the main Music Source menu) from deep within a sub-category (e.g. Spotify > Your Library > Playlists...) rather than having to back all the way out to change music sources. 

How can I play my favorite radio stations defined in  My Sonos (Favorites) via Sonos voicecontrol.Each time I ask “Hey Sonos ,,.” he searches into the Sonos library and not into My favorite stations. So stupid that I think something is wrongly configured at my side.Thank you for your help.

For the last three days my Sonos system has been randomly dropping out and stating that I need to unplug all speakers, restart the router, plug them back in again. Broadband is fine, so I do not understand what is going on. I am playing Spotify through my speakers
