Sonos beam2 registered in Spain and English language was selected but emails are all sent in spanish.  How do I receive my emails in English?

Hi @PhoebeF, welcome to the Sonos Community!

The language emails are sent to you in depend on the region on your Sonos profile. Since your profile is set to Spain, the emails will come through in Spanish.

This is due to our emails containing region specific promotions, so the emails are sent in the most spoken language of that region, where in Spain this would be Spanish.

Have you checked your Sonos profile at your account settings?

Not only your language but also the address (including country) has to be set to UK.
