HiI have The Sonos AMP + in wall speaker bundle connected to my TV (hdmi arc) as front speakers. Could I add to the config to make it -Sonos AMP + Sub Mini + Era 300 (or Era 100) wireless setup Which Era speakers are compatible with Sonos AMP ? Is the Sub mini compatible with AMP?  please advise. thanks,Mangesh

My sonos roam is stuck in sleep mode, the app is alerting me to press any button - and even when I do it does not leave sleep mode.  It also will not respond to me holding the power button for 5+ seconds.The device is stating that the battery is fully charged and the device is plugged in - however, when I unplug the Roam, I am unable to turn it on. Is this a battery issue, or a true sleep issue?  I have owned the roam for less than a year.

Hello, I purchased an Arc and Sub (Gen 3) 9 months ago and I like the products. I have thought about purchasing two Era 300 speakers to complement my system which I have in my living room. I currently live in an apartment, with a sectional sofa taking up the entire living room. I would be able to situate the right Era 300 behind the sofa (on a counter) however the left Era 300 would have to be located to the side of the sofa (there is a wall directly behind this side of the sofa). Would this be a bad investment?  Im not sure how much the location in the room has to do with the Era 300’s sound quality but I would not be able to have them centered behind me, as one would be behind the right side of the sectional and one would be to the side of the left side of the sectional. I am willing to make the purchase but I dont want to make the investment if it will sound weird or the sound will seem “uneven?” Could anyone provide any advice or insight? I will not be in this apartment long term (

Hey all, I have a new Sonos era 100 that I am trying to use as a pc speaker via line in. I purchased the sonos usb-c to 3.5mm line in adapter and a 3.5mm cables to my pc’s line out port. The pc does recognize the port, the sonos era has been set to line in and fully updated, however no sound just a buzzing sound. I have tried another audio cable but same result. Any clue what could be wrong? Defective unit? Bluetooth works fine tho!

Hello -“Desperate, panic.”  Spotify cross fade will work on Sonos if you play through Airplay.  Personally I find Airplay to be maddening.  So now I have 6 speakers, a dance party coming up...The Spotify interface is more dynamic to manage, but Spotify crossfade does not work if you play thru Sonos controllers.  The Sonos crossfade is not really working, it goes in and out.  What exactly does it mean this mean? “If Spotify tracks are included in a SONOS Playlist, crossfade is successful.” I’ve built all my playlists in Spotify, playing them from Sonos - should that mean the crossfade will work?Frustrated, after years of getting this Sonos house of speakers set up, I can’t seem to have a dance mix with crossfade?Help help So much technology, so much limitation.  Any wisdoms?

I have a fairly extensive Sonos system throughout the house. I am thinking about upgrading to Frontiers Fiber Optics which uses Eero wifi. I have no clue what Eero is and how it works. My main concern is does Eero work with Sonos? How does it work with Sonos products? How many Eero Mesh do I need throughout the house? I’ve read here there have been/is issues with connecting Sonos with Eero mesh wifi. 

My home theatre setup is Beam Gen 2 with Sub Gen 2 and two One SLs as surrounds.  I use Apple Music as main streaming service and have listened to various Atmos tracks which sound very good and I like the difference in sound quality and the remix seem to make good use of the One SLs as well as the Beam 2.  How can this be when only the Beam 2 supports Atmos? If I were to replace the One SLs with ERA 300s would there be an even better uplift in sound quality?

Hi, I have a group setup in my living room, consisting of the Beam and the Amp (which connects to a pair of rear in-wall speakers). I am playing sound my mac mini, which is connected to my TV through HDMI, then from there I am connected to the beam (through e-arc) which acts as the center of the group. The mac to TV part might not be relevant here. My question is whether I can output sound to the existing group I have as stereo instead of surround. I would like both my front and rear speakers to play the SAME sound and not use surround channels. I would also like to achieve this NOT using airplay (as there’s a slight lag), but to access the entire group through HDMI and output stereo sound evenly to the 3 speakers from there. Thanks for the help!

My home has an existing Legrand audio system. Is there a document to guide how to change from existing to Sonos? 

All of a sudden my IKEA Symnofisk no longer works - I cannot use AIRPLAY to hear music thru the speaker.It worked fine for several months before this.  I have tried unplugging, forgetting the device on network, reconfiguring it.Whats wrong? 

I am looking for a solution to connect my TCL Roku TV with my Play 5 and Play 1 speakers in my bar. I do not have a sound bar to use and have a Digital Optical Audio to Analog cable plugged into the TV and Play 5 at the moment. 

I have a PlayBar that is wired into the network, and has been for many years now.  The past week or so, it has been cutting out for 10-15 seconds on a regular basis while listening to music. We have lots of Sonos across the house, this is the only device wired to the network.  When the Playbar stops outputting sound, the other paired speakers keep playing.  This leads me to think the network is fine since it is the bridge for everything else.  My main music source is Pandora, but I confirmed Amazon Music behaves the same.  I switched to TV and it seems to struggle for the first 15-30 seconds and then seems to be fine after that.  Not sure what to look at next??Diagnostics: 2054139114

Greetings Sonosers.I currently have an Arc, 2 x Ones and a Sub mini in my (TV centric) home cinema set up in a fairly traditional 4x3 meter living room set up (Arc on the middle of the long wall)I am planning on reinstating a projector screen on one end of the 3m and then place my current long throw projector on the other end to (don’t have the ability currently to install the screen in front of the TV because of the ceiling and the throw ratio of my projector)Naturally that means my current surround setup sonically becomes invalid because it’s orientated for the other way around. I have an old Beam Gen 2 lying around and ideally, I’d like to place that on the window sill underneath the projector screen giving me a good centre channel + virtual height..What I would love is the ability to have my Sub Mini and current right surround to be switchable to the Beam (and back) with the current right surround becoming a rear left and allow me to add another Sonos One to be added to be come the

I’ll try and explain it in the best way I can.My Sonos system consists if one Sonos Arc, two Sonos One speakers, both a left and right for surround sound and a Sonos Sub. I have the Sonos Arc connected to a Sony Bravia TV OLED using the Arc port and also connected with my Dell PC through Airplay as it is not connected through a cable.The issue I’m having is related to iTunes, which I use to listen to all my music. It starts fine with no issues but say after 15 minutes or so the sound coming from the speakers begins to cut out intermittently and sometimes the sound coming from the Sonos One speakers cuts out completely leaving only sound emitting from the Sonos Arc. It only cuts out for say a second but happens more frequently the longer you listen to music.I only hav

Hello guys, I have a technical issue with those 3 I mentioned in the title pairing together, I use a TV (supporting eARC) as my pc monitor and as a TV to save space and money. Normally the sound is perfect, normal transitions from one TV source to the other, dolby atmos enabled etc etc. Though sometimes I get a black screen, I restart my pc and the resolution is all messed up giving me no option to change it through the display settings, as if the pc doesn't recognize the GPU or something. But still, the GPU is visible in the device manager menu. Taking out the cables and replugging them fixes it and also disabling the driver and enabling it again fixes it. But I don't want to have to do that every single time it happens, especially because one fix is wearing out the HDMI socket. (other times the screen is not just black, it says the resolution is too low)Any suggestions?

I am having trouble playing music on my new Move 2 via the Sonos app. I have 2x Era 300, a Roam, and a Move 2 all connected to the same Wi-Fi network. When I attempt to play music through the Sonos app, the sound only comes from the Era 300 and the Roam, but not the Move 2. The Move 2's status on the app shows as connected. However, when I switch to Apple AirPlay, it works.Note: I added Move 2 to the system last night, and it worked with the app just fine. The dropout issue occurred this morning.

Hi, I’m thinking about adding a Mini Sub to my current setup,  2x Era300s + Move 2 + Roam. I know that Mini Sub cannot be paired with Move 2 and/or Roam. So if I were to add the Mini Sub to my setup and pair it with the Era300. Will I still be able to play music from all 4 speaker simultaneously?

Sonos beam 1st gen suddenly stopped working wirelessly. Can’t locate on Sonos app and can’t discover on Spotify app thru AirPlay. I also noticed the light by microphone button doesn’t light on when pressed. Not sure if it’s related….I tried factory reset on beam and uninstall / clean install Sonos app on my iphone. Only way the damn thing works if it’s wired to router thru ethernet cable which is not feasible in the location i want to utilize. Haven’t changed any passwords etc. Please help! Thank you 

Hallo,I'm using the Era 300 via Bluetooth with my MacBook Pro. When I open a website that contains a video, even on Amazon where a product has a video showing how it works, the music that is playing in Background stops for 2 seconds.  

After clicking on the settings option the app has the top 4 settings greyed out.
