Currently running a beam 2, mini sub and just 1 era 300.While watching tv/ movies the 300 keeps skipping. 

Hi, I have a customer that has 4 play 3's she wants to wall mount can anyone tell me what the screw size is as I can't find one to fit. Is it an imperial size ? as I’ve tread an M5 but it only turns a ¼  before it stops because the threads are not the same. Hence is it imperial size. Thanks in advance

Hi, the last few days the alarm on my Sonos have not played. Not even the chime. I can’t see any reason why, and I’ve even tried to set a new one that also doesn’t work. Diagnostic number 713679030. 

I have Sonos 300 in the living room and Sonos 100 in the kitchen and want to be able to sync/pair them to play the same music simultaneously, how do I do that?

Has anyone found a bluetooth adapter that will connect a non-bluetooth audio line output with a Sonos ROAM? I have no wifi available (caravan use) and want to connect an old TV line output or an old audio CD player via a bluetooth interface that is compatible with Sonon ROAM.

Hi, Im not able to pair my sonos speaker with google assistent… I discussed this with your customer support a few days ago. They told me, that they would fix the issue and that i would be able to call you the day after Saturday ( you a closed- so thanks for that) How ever im still not able to connect my sonos to google assistent. I im able to add them in the app but i cant use the funtion on the sonos or in the app 

I have 2 homes and Sonos speakers in both homes.  How do I hook up a Sonos in the 2nd house when I already have a Sonos hooked up in the 1st home?

I have checked various related topics and tried a number of different things and below is where I’ve got to without success.Set the sound output to optical Setup the optical output to Sonos on the LG TV Setup the remote in the Sonos app whilst the TV was off (only way it would work)Result is that the remote works with the Playbar whilst the TV is off when playing music, but as soon as I turn on the TV it stops working. I get the volume +/- signs but no white light on the playbar and no change in sound up or down. Does anyone have any other advice about how to get this setup properly, as I can’t face using another remote to operate the sound? 

Good morning,I was working at my desk and my cat was wandering around on my desk as he always does but there he had been behind my Sonos Five and instead of going around for the very first time he climbed on it with these paws. As a result, he turned the sound on loud while walking on it and I wonder if that could have damaged the speakers of the Sonos Five because I now find the sound muffled and especially in certain pieces I hear hiss crackling.So reassure me or how else do we get a replacement?Thanks in advance

HiI currently have a Playbar, Play:5 (Gen 2) stereo pair and Sub (Gen 2) in my TV room plus a single Play: 3 in my study.  I am wanting to add speakers to my kitchen dining room which is medium size. Can I add a second stereo pair of Play:5 (Gen 2) to my system and should I get a second sub?  The music quality is more important to me than the TV and movies, hence I don’t think moving the speakers to the kitchen diner and updating the TV room to Arc plus compatible speakers. I don’t watch action type movies, more Romcoms so I think the Atmos might be wasted on me. Happy to be corrected on this though 😊 

So I have a surround setup, beam, ones and a gen3 sub. I've never really been blown away by it. I like listening to bassy music that I can feel in my body. I don't really get much bass from my setup though. Even if I crank the bass in my sub to +10 it still barely goes on. This is from Spotify direct on my phone, tv Spotify app, or Spotify through the Sonos app. All the same results. The sub is working, but I have to stand over it nearly to feel a good amount of bass.  I also went to my friends house who has an arc and a sub and we turned up some music and my body was literally shaking.  I've tried all different settings in the Sonos app btw, and I don't have truplay 

Hi. Just installed ARC, mini sub, and 2x era 100s. I've got the Sonos app for my Pixel 8 (android), looking for an old iPhone or iPad to set up true play, and now wondering... Can the Sonos app be installed on LG TV's (C3)? ​​I don't want to always have my phone with me in order to change sub settings, turn on/off night mode, etc. Would be nice if I could do that from the TV. Or... Can Google Assistant be set up to send voice commands to the Sonos?   

Sonos team PLEASE hire some people and finally make some improvements to the Sonos S2 app on iOS. The experience would have been so much better! PLEASE start with the Lock Screen control as so many people asked before already.

I have two era 300’s which I initially paired with a Sonos Beam (Gen 2) to create a sort of Atmos set up without the subwoofer.  I also wanted to decouple this set up from time to time to create just a stereo pair with the era 300s and play vinyl/CDs etc.The problem is the Atmos set up is pretty bulletproof and working well but when just paired as a stereo pair the era 300s regularly drop out with only one speaker working or both dropping out.Does anyone have any ideas what could be happening? 

Hello Sonos Community - please help! :) I had 1 Play 5 Gen 2 and 2 Play 1s (Gen 1) connected to my Virgin Media WiFi for 3 years no problem. I came back from holiday and it wasn’t connecting on my phone, and forgetting i had a VPN on, factory reset the Sonos. I realised afterwards it was because i had the VPN on my phone. The VPN is now deleted. But I cannot get it to connect again, despite hours of resetting everything on the phone with Sonos Support. From some chat rooms I think it might be because IP addresses have been given out to different devices and this can confuse it.. The temporary network does connect but then it gets stuck, so it seems like maybe my phone cannot connect the temporary WiFi network?It’s the same wifi as before no changed settingsany ideas pleaseee?thanks!  

I’m on vacation and can’t put my roam into Bluetooth mode. It won’t connect to the hotels WiFi. It’s driving me nuts!

Hi, I recently purchased the Sony Ray and on occasions we get breaks in sound and crackling for two or three seconds on our Sonos ray and connected Sonos 1.  We have checked optical lead connections and seem to be ok. Any suggestions would greatly appreciated  

I have had an ongoing issue that has always existed with this hardware pair.  I have a Beam that simply will not automatically connect to the TV sound that it is connected to via HDMI/ARC.  I must go into the Sonos app, select the Beam, and tell it to connect to TV as source. It says I need to fix the connection. It asks if it is connected to ARC. I say yes. It looks for the ARC.  It eventually finds it, although not always on the first attempt.  This can happen any time the TV has been powered off, even when the Beam has not connected to anything else or been in a group.  I don’t know if I need to trash the Beam or the TV (a recent model Insignia brand).Any ideas of something to try would be appreciated.  TIA. 

Split system been fine for a long time.Today when I start the S1 app (on iOS) it tells me “Use the Sonos S2 app”, but I can’t as I have a Play:5 Gen 1.PC S1 app works without complaint.How can I stop the S1 app from doing this, so I can actually use it?

I currently have a Sonor Arc.I have my turntable connected to a pair of analog Edifier speaker. I am seeking to replace the edifiers with a pair of Sonor Era 100.I wold like to be able to use the Arc connected the the pair of Era 100 for Home Theater application. And to use the Era 100 in pair a reproduce the Turntable using the line. The questions:Every example I find of turntable connected to a Era 100 or 300 are for a single speaker. so It is not clear to me if the line in will be played in stereo or not in the pair of Era 100. Will the line in be shared with the Arc as well?Looking forward to burn more money in Sonos as soon as I understand how it works!Thanks!  

Hi allI have a fairly old system with a mix of old S1-only devices and some newer devices that are S1- and S2-compatible but running on the same S1 system. All is well. I also have one S2-only device that I haven’t set up yet. I just want to plumb in this new device as its own standalone system, leaving the ‘S1’ system intact.  Any foreseeable problems, or tips? I do NOT want to disturb the existing ‘S1’ network and find eg that my newer devices have migrated to join the new S2-only device.  Thanks in advance

What’s the warranty on the move 2?

HiFor the last 3-4 system updates I get update failed message, what’s weird is if I then click try again it says no update available, but the system info states the latest update did indeed install.Im on iPhone 15pro with latest software and have a Sonos arc and sub.Im getting the updates it seems but the failed message at end of updates is getting annoying, is this a bug?Anyone else get this issue? Thanks
