Hi there, I was given a gen 2 amp from a customer at work and have since installed a pair of Sonos sonance in ceilings above the sofa and running the TV through them. Since then I have bought a sub mini and just arrived is a beam gen 2. I'm a bit lost on setup. Anyone able to point me in the right direction. Cheers

If it is a Connect:Amp, not an Amp, you need to connect it via Ethernet to the router or directly to the soundbar.

If it is an Amp, then it can be setup wirelessly.

Yeah, it's just a amp. The black one. So would I be correct thinking to connect the beam to the earc on the TV and then wireless connection for the amp and the sub mini through the app?

Yes, just follow the steps above to add them to the Beam room.
