We recently purchased an LG OLED G3 display and a Sonos ARC soundbar to replace an older system.  There appears to be no means to connect our ReSound TV-Streamer-2 that sends audio wirelessly to our ReSound hearing aids.In an attempt to serve the streamer, we bought a high-specification ARCANA HDMI audio breakout unit and connected it.  It did work, yet the audio output was unsynchronized with the video displayed and the time conflict between the ARC’s sound and the hearing aids made it unusable.Have any of you found a means to use ReSound hearing aid products with the Sonos system?

Can anyone help with the below?! Just set up my first Sonos speaker but these settings are unavailable. No updates due on anything.  

Literally STILL annoyed that Sonos hasn’t found a way, nor given a valid explanation as to why they cannot remove products from our online account. Somehow, the old sonos are still logged into my spotify and because I use spotify with my new sonos products, other people are using my Spotify account through their speaker system. Spotify nor Sonos want to take responsibility and it’s been pissing me off FOR YEARS. (Yes, I’ve LOGGED OUT everywhere, yes, I’ve changed my password, etc.) It seems like Sonos is just being lazy about a functionality.

Trying to use voice commands thru the google home mini (gen1) to my pair of One SL's. Can't get the Sonos App to see the Google Home Mini. From the Google Assistant app I am able to link the Sonos speaker, names also match. Sonos "add a third party smart..." link simply opens the quick help instructions. Youtube Music on Sonos app and Google Assistant app are both logged in but all voice commands just play music on the Google Home Mini itself. After endless fiddling I was able to use the Google Home app manual up/down, play, pause buttons to control the Sonos but no voice commands seem to work. TIA! 

Hello,I use the Sonos App 2 on my iPhone, when i open the app sometimes it shows just my ray and play 1. Then i can close the app and re open straight away and it just shows my roam. Do i need to wipe all and re start the system? the Roam was last to be added to the system, that why i am asking if i need to wipe the lot and re start. Thanks 

We’ve had Sonos 1 with Alexa over 2 years but suddenly Alexa won’t play Spotify or Apple Podcasts. We’ve tried various ways of disconnecting and reconnecting Alexa, Spotify, Sonos etc and Nothing has worked! Please can someone help 

Hello,I have an issue with Google Assistant, it worked really well in the past but now, when I try to link my account, I have the error message “You need to link speakers to your Sonos account”. I already have my speakers linked to my account. I tried to reset all my system (Beam 2 + Sub Mini) and deleted all apps (Sonos, Google Home, Google Assistant) and reinstall these but nothing work. Could you help me with that ? Thank you,

My sub keeps dropping out, and I go through the Sonos process to reconnect, but has never fixed the problemeventually it fixes itself but then happens again. Quite annoying.any suggestions? Thanks

I have a 13 month old Beam that stopped working today.  It won’t power on.  I’ve tried the hard reset.  Any advise.

Hi!I have been a Sonos fab for years and I just bought a beam + sub mini to go with a video projector.I am a bit disappointed because I thought I could hear the voices better and I don't have the voice enhancement option where it should be.Is it because I play my movies from my MacBook pro with the sound through airplay? Source is Netflix or Apple TV rented movies.If yes, would an apple Tv (hardware) solve the issue (still with airplay)? Thanks Tonio

I have a number of Sonos devices, Playbar's, Subs, Play 1’s and Beam.Overnight a number of the devices are no longer visible on my Android app.Then when I looked at the Windows App, it is only showing the devices that are missing from the Android app.No matter what I have tried, I cannot get them all back in one app.Any ideas ?

Just installed version 16 on my Sonos system, and now I can't play music directly from Spotify anymore.I hear that more people have this issue 

I have a turntable and preamp connected direct to Era 300 (in the living room). If I added a second Era 300 in a completely separate room (the dining room), would I be able to stream directly to only the speaker in the dining room or would any playback have to come form both speakers?

I have a Sonos system, Era300 and Era100 speakers, and I have a Sony LX310BT vinyl turntable.Everything was working perfectly for a few days: the vinyl player and the Sonos Era300 speaker are perfectly connected via Bluetooth with a steady blue light.However, for the past few days, no sound is coming out of the speaker when I try to connect it to either the Era300 or Era100.I tested my turntable on a Bluetooth Marshall speaker, and it works.I connected my phone via Bluetooth to the speakers using Apple Music, and there is sound.I've tried to troubleshoot the issue from every angle, but I can't find a solution. I don't know why, overnight, no sound is coming out.I have done the lastest update. Problem remains…Has there been a Sonos firmware update? thx!

I will be travelling later in the year and my baggage allowance is limited.  I do not want to take my Roam with me if I am going to have problems connecting it to the WiFi router of the Starlink connection that I will have in the caravan.I note that in previous topics people have been referred to the Sonos System Requirements - Unsupported Networks section.This mentions that “Wireless internet connections such as satellite...” are unsupported.  Does that include a situation such as the one I will have?I will not want to just send music from my iPhone to it, rather I want to play the radio stations I have as favourites in the Sonos S2 App.

I am trying to setup google assistant on my Living Room setup (Beam +2xOne) and my move and always get the same Error message in the Sonos App: “There was a problem adding Google Assistant”. Initially it was working in the living room, but in the process of figuring out where the problem is I destroyed the link somehow. I did remove the sonos devices from google home and tried again, i restarted the systems… just dont know what else i can try. Christoph

Hi!I’ve a Sonos Port in our system and it will not save the room it’s allocated to. After a day or so it’s back to the old room in the settings. Anyone have had the same issue?

Hey there.I’ve got a Sonos setup including an AMP, an ERA 300, a sonos move and a roam.I can easily group and degroup all of those, connect my TV through HDMI to the AMP.I just got a Project turntable that I’m connecting to the Amp with RCA cables. The Amp detects the audio in, but it seems that the sound is really really low, and I can’t get it to be of good sound level.Any idea what might be the issue?Thanks in advance, Best regards,Pierre

I have currently use a ZP90 Zone Player (13 years old) and Sonos Beam (Gen1) and Sonos 1 Speakers - plus other speakers around the house in ceilings.I cannot upgrade my Sonos S1 App to S2 - Until I buy a replacement for the ZP90.What do I replace it with? ---- Once I upgrade - What benefits do I get from (a) Upgrading - and (b) the new Sonos S2 App ? Thanks CMM

I have a number of Sonos setups connected to my LG TVs via the optical cables.The TVs connected to the Soundbars keep their volume settings when a TV program is paused or the TV is switched on for the first time. The TV that is connected to the Bean G2 drops the volume level to 0 after a few seconds on pause or when between the TV being power cycled. If I use the TV speakers I don't have the issue, its only happening when used in conjunction with the Beam. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this ?

Sonos Community,I have a Sonos Whole House Music system with Port, Playbar, and (4) One SL’s. The system is configured into 3 rooms, and my main music source is my music library on an Apple MacBook Pro running MacOS Sonoma 14.3, The system is working fine. I added a playlist to Apple Music of songs in my music library, but this new playlist does not show up in my Sonos Library Imported Playlists, and other playlists I don’t use I want to delete, I can’t delete old playlists, or add the new playlist to Sonos with S2 version 15.11. Any ideas? Thanks.

I recently set up a record player with a Mcintosh MA252 amp and 2 speakers.  Can a PORT connect this system to my Sonos network?
