My five speaker fell off the shelf and the case is cracked, can I get it repaired?

SONOS does not offer any repair services. There are some 3rd party repair services in Europe, but none that I’m aware of in the US. My suggestion would be to purchase a non functional “for parts only” FIVE, and follow one of the many D.I.Y. (Do it yourself) repair videos showing disassembly and reassembly of a FIVE. If D.I.Y. is not something that you are comfortable with, perhaps a kid, friend, or local repair shop would welcome the challenge.

If your FIVE is still functional, you don’t need to become involved with any electronics trouble shooting, just swap the body parts. Take care to avoid physically distorting the WiFi antennae.

Cheers mate, maybe I just claim on my insurance.

diy is easy but for the sake of it all I will just call my insurance for accidental damage.

Check your insurance, I filed a claim for a small item and paid for it five times over in increased insurance rates. Probably still be paying extra if I hadn’t moved.
