I bought an MP3 player for my music when I am on the road. Can I download my playlists to my home computer so that I can play them on my HIFI Walker 2?

We have a few speakers in our home and 5 of them have not been working for the last 2 days. The show they are updating. We have tried restarting all of them, resetting the modem, and some times they do not show up in the app and then they load but continue to update. 

I have two ERA 300’s set up in my large basement. I was thinking of getting a sub mini wireless subwoofer as they are on sale but want to make sure it will improve the sound.

I have a firewall between my wifi network and my wired network. While they are two separate IP blocks, the firewall permits bidirectional traffic between them (I plan to lock things down once I have everything working).  I have an older Sonos V1 system on the wired network. When I try to locate it using the Sonos V1 app on my mobile device which is on the wifi network it does not discover it. What do I need to do on my firewall to allow the controller app running on the wifi network to discover the Sonos system on the wired network?Thanks

Hello,I currently have 2 era 100 in my living room (30m²). I want to expand this setting. I wonder whether it would be better to opt for 2 extra era 100 or adjust 1 sub mini. I only use them for music. Tim

Sonos roam not powering on, it’s been on the charger for days and it’s still not powering on. I haven’t been using it for some time now, need help finding what to do.

No doubt this type of issue has been raised before, I’m “new” here and still attempting to find my way around, so please forgive in advance.I have a really frustrating reoccurring problem with my Roam in that it just suddenly disconnects (today it disconnected 4 times in the space of 90 minutes).I then attempt to reconnect (firstly via iTunes / airplay) and then in the Sonos app. I’m then met with a blank screen / can’t find your product etc with my Roam sitting no more than an inch away from me (I’ve stopped what I’m doing in an attempt to get the music going again).Eventually after many attempts, taking 20 minutes or so, I reconnect after force closing all apps, going in to Sonos, doing the “finding your appliance”, found it but can’t connect so switch it off etc…..But….during all of this and when trying to reconnect Roam to airplay I can easily connect to my Ray / SL setup that I have in the “man cave”…but Roam is nowhere to be found (Ray is in another room in the house at least 6 -

I use a Roam to connect one bluetooth turntable to the Roam and them my older Sonos System. Now I'm wanting to do the same but with two turntables and a mixer using a standalone Bluetooth Audio Adapter (like this one). How can I get the Roam to connect to the BT Adapter without an interface. Can I do something special in the iOS app? Something else?

Hello Sorry for my bad english.I have a big issue with one of my roam.The battery is full, the light is orange above the roam but impossible to turn the roam on.I can’t reset it… as the mechanic button is ko. Yet, it never fell. Could you help me please ?Many thanks in advance  

I have got the Sonos beam gen 2. Last week purchased Sonos mini sub which worked fine. Now app saying needs to update. I have updated the app and it now says the sub mini is not compatible with this version of the app? 

So, my little iPhone SE now no longer has great functionality which I accept but how on earth do I get rid of the annoying warning banner at the top of the App?. No way to dismiss it, remove it or a check to acknowledge the limitations.

I have 3 Era 100 speakers to cover two rooms and they work great with Airplay from my iPhone and laptop. I am trying to add my Onkyo TX-NR6100 receiver to the home wifi network (mesh with eero) and despite much watching videos and reading instructions, I cannot make it work. I’ve added the port to my system and it shows up, but the two things that I do not feel I understand are (1) the cable connections to get the receiver to push sound to the port to push sound to the network; and (2) how to configure the ‘works with sonos’ on my Onkyo (which I probably have to ask elsewhere).I have no hard wired speakers.TIA.

I have an old URC System and a house with wired speakers in different rooms. I want to bypass the URC System and just use Sonos and attach the wired speakers in different rooms multiple zones and be able to control and listen to different music at the same time in those rooms. Hi, I have a system set up called ‘living room’ with an arc, a sub and two ones. It works great with the TV and i am happy with that. The thing is… I want the same music played in my entire apartment. For that I would need another one or two. Can this be done? Should/can I use the current set-up as is and then create a new one named, say, 'apartment’ for when I play music? That is. When I watch TV I want to use the two ones for the surround sound and when playing music in the apartment I want to use the two from the ‘living room’ with the others in the apartment.  Or… what can be done? 😅

I am not using a router. I currently have a modem from my ISP and a deco mesh system. My system consist of three sonos 1 speakers. I have tried connecting a sonos 1 to the deco base. that particular speaker plays about 3 or 4 songs then blanks out. It comes back on after I choose a song in the app. The other two speakers do not connect. They appear to be connecting but do not show when the connection process is completed.I have also tried connecting directly to the modem and none o the speaks show

Hi - my setup has an Arc, Subwoofer and 2 era300s as surrounds. I’m trying to do a trueplay tuning but keep getting an error saying there is interference, reduce noise and try again. I can confirm there is very minimal external noise - I’m the only one in the room, fan and AC are off, nothing else playing. Have tried it multiple times but keep getting the same error. I’m running an iPhone 12 Pro Max running iOS 17.3, Sonos app v15.11. I have also shutdown all other apps and don’t have any speakers/headset connected via Bluetooth. Microphone is active on the Arc and era300s.Any help would be appreciated! Thanks,Venky. 

Every so often one of the channels on 2 of my sonos Amp just stops working. It appears to be random. Resetting the units doesn’t seem to fix the issue. the units are stored out of the way of any outside interference and the speaker cables are fitted to ceiling speakers. It is 100% not a cabling issue

Is anyone else experiencing an issue with your playlists being unavailable? I subscribe to Sonos radio and it just has a message saying no longer available. I can’t access audacity, Spotify, or any of my channels today. I see them, but they are grayed out. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled, verified everything is on the same WiFi, and now I’m not sure what to do. Any suggestions? Thank you!

How do I play music stored on my iPhone on my Sonos Connect:AMP? 

I’ve tried a few times the various settings suggested in the posts/answers/FAQ here but no luck.Like many users here, I can’t see the Sonos controls on my Android lock screen anymore. Instead I have to unlock the screen and go to the app, even for the slightest volume control.That’s obviously a major user experience regression.Here’s my config: Samsung Galaxy A33 running Android 14 / One UI 6.0Can anyone help? Have I missed something or is it a real Sonos regression?Thanks

System installed by Best Buy Geek Squad 30 days ago.Arc Soundbar connected to eArc HDMI port on TV.Router is line of sight 9 feet to Sub and 20 feet to Era's. (See photo below)They had difficulty connecting the sub when initially installing the system and it did not stay connected very long after they left. I got it reconnected a few times but now it will not connect at all. Spoke to Geek Squad rep that installed it and she thought maybe it was a bad Sub and suggested she would bring a new one out when she comes here in a week. Instead I went to store and exchanged mine for a new one. Brought it home, hooked it up per manual and still nothing and now one of the Era 300's doesn't connect. I did get a message that a “Factory Reset” is required after hooking up the new sub but it also said that this should only be used for a change of ownership so I decided against it for fear of wiping something out. The problem I’m having with playing My Music Files in my Computer is that whenever my laptop is off/black screen, I have no access to my Music in my Computer. The music will not play when I use my app to select music from my Computer. I can still use all the other functions, Spotify, Bandcamp, etc. The laptop goes dark/sleep after about an hour. What settings do I need to set in Power & Sleep mode so I can play music from my laptop? I don’t want the laptop to be on (screen on) 24/7 as my battery will get bad faster. It’s plugged into the outlet 24/7 as I don’t use the laptop at all except for Sonos. 

The volume on the system turns up to 100% automatically. Is there a fix for this?
