Greyed out settings manus are the result of two things:
- Your app and system software is out of sync. Check for updates on both the system and the app.
- The OS on the device running the app is out of date and no longer fully supported. Check the release notes of the latest app to see the OS requirements for your device.

I think there’s also the possibility of not being signed in to your account on the controller app?

Good catch. I missed that one.
Heh, just luck. I rarely, if ever, sign out on my controllers, but with the non-specificity of what was grayed out, there was a tickle in my mind. I certainly lean more to your explanations, but completeness seemed to be required ;)
