Connect to another non-sonos speaker using AUX.

We bought recliners that and speakers in them. They have an AUX port. We want to sync them with our Sonos Arc, play one, sub surround sound. Is there a way?

No. You’d need a Port (the replacement for the CONNECT) to set up as a second Sonos ‘room’, and that would be able to send a line level output to these (presumably self powered) speakers in the recliners.

The Port would work perfectly for streaming sources but you might be bothered by the 75 ms delay when playing TV sources.
