upgrade program

Hi i am trying to use the upgrade program of an old sonos 5 gen 1 but the update program seems to not recognize a valida unit for the 30% discount.

but the sonos 5 Gen 1 is listed as a valid unit for the upgrade program. Any idea how to qualify to the discount?

Have the data plate info handy, a photo is good and beats juggling phone and speaker to read the info.
