Hi, I’ve been having trouble playing songs from Soundcloud. In the past 2 days, when I try to add a new song from Soundcloud, I get a message ‘unable to add songs to the queue’ Existing soundcloud songs in my playlist plays fine, just can’t add new ones. I tried powering off all sonos components, and also power cycled my modem/router. No luck, still unable to add songs from soundcloud to my queue Playing other services like mixcloud, is OK.  Support Diagnostics sent 1406514248 ThanksAndrew

I guess the guys and gals at Sonos would prefer I just buy another (or two) Sonos 1 to connect to the Beam to make for surround sound 😄 , but is it possible to ‘pair’ a sonos 1 and 3 to a Beam to make up the surround sound? Thank You.

Hello, Is it possible to add a music service before connecting to a Sonos product?I am trying to test the connection to Apple Music before connecting to a product owned by a venue that will be playing my music over a Sonos product. Which means that I am unable to connect to the product now. Right now, ‘Add Services & Voice’ is greyed out in the iOS Sonos app. Thanks!

Hi. I’ve discovered BBC R1 Dance recently whilst out on the bike, it’s just the ticket for some background tunes at 9pm cruising round some nice quiet summery lanes.Just asked my Sonos One to chuck it on at home via Alexa, and it couldn’t find it.I searched manually in the app, and sure enough, it isn’t there.TuneIn has every single BBC Station other than R1 dance it seems.Anyone got any ideas?I’ve read that you can AirPlay some BBC stuff to a Sonos, but I’m all android so not an option.Seems a weird, and annoying, oversight by someone somewhere.

I have SONY headphones which I connect to my 2020 Samsung UE65TU8500.When I try to connect my headphones they change back to Sonos Arc after a few seconds. I have tried to adjust the EXPERT settings on TV but without success.Any suggestions please?Thank you

I’ve been trying to get my turntable replaced for the past day in a half and it is a disaster.  I keep getting the told to call here, we don’t do that, call there, email this person--it’s so frustrating.  I bought my Pro-Ject T1 SB Phono TT not even 3 weeks ago and the line out has already gone out on it, all I want to do is replace it and it’s even still under the 30 day warranty.  Sonos claims that they do not replace the turntables, their partners do, so I called them, and they said they don’t replace turntables under 30 days, that’s Sonos’ job lol.  WHAT IN THE WORLD?!?  Hahaha.   Is there any way that I can just send my faulty turntable back and get a functioning one?  Literally that’s all I want.  If anyone could help, it would be amazing!! 

Hi All,i have a sonos beam attached to SONY KDL-43W808C.Initially through alexa I could control the tv by up/down the volume and turning on/off the tv.Lately I noticed that the on / off command no longer works, while up / down volume does.Can anyone help me? thanks.

 Hi,I just got done talking with a rep for over an hour and he decided that my speaker is defected so sonos is shipping me a replacement. Problem is, I don’t understand how my speaker is the problem?  My line out on my pro-ject t1 phono sb (which I bought from you) stopped working. There is no sound coming from my turntable when it’s on ‘line-in’ on the app. The reason why I don’t think it’s the speaker is because I’ve also tried to play my turntable on other speakers and it also doesn’t work. So, I’m very confused as to why we are replacing the speaker rather than the turntable?  I tried to tell this to the rep, but he insisted it was the speaker.  I’d hate to have to get a new speaker, only to have the problem continue. I’m just looking maybe for a valid answer as to why the turntable wouldn’t be the issue if the line out is clearly the problem?   

HiI have Sonos Amp (about 3 years old), connected to TV and two B&W Speakers with Wharfdale passive sub. Brilliant.I had a Samsung Smart TV, and HDMI-ARC audio worked well.I now have new LG CX 65” TV (2021), and have issues with ARC.No ARC Audio passes to the Sonos. I have to use “Internal Speaker” on the TV. Sonos is now only useful for music from iPhone. It is gathering dust...It once worked after a power outage, some sequence of power-on may have coincidentally worked.This was only once, till I switched the TV off. After that, I had to go back to “Internal Speaker” on the TV again.I have tried many times, all combinations of settings. Read many forums.Sonos 2 App on iPhone fails to connect the audio to the TV.I did a Diagnostics = Ref 2071482316Please could you assist?Thanks

I have a completely wired ethernet configuration. I have a play 3, ZP80, and playbar all hardwired through ethernet and a computer also wired using the desktop app to control them. I have the wireless radios all disabled on the 3 players. My problem is my android phone also hardwired with ethernet will not allow me to see rooms or play music this way. Is there something I’m doing wrong to get the android to work in wired mode? Since the desktop app functions in this manner, I’m lead to believe the android apps can also, but I can’t seen to get it to function. Any help is greatly appreciated! Before you give advice, I’m not interested in using any kind of wireless transmission at all. Yes, I do know this was how Sonos was designed, but I only want everything wired. Thank you!

Hi all! I’m really hoping y’all can help. I’ve been fighting issues for years now and I’m at my wit’s end.I have a pretty extensive Sonos setup and to be honest, it’s never worked right. A part of me questions why I keep buying Sonos with all the issues I have. The Issue (s)I constantly have some rooms just not show up in app. It’s not consistently the same devices and it can go in and out at any random time. Open up the app now and I have 2 showing. If I try and play something, that number may increase or it may decrease, no one can guess. About half the time Sonos will fail while adding tracks to the queue. I can try 3-4 times and probably 80% of the time it will eventually work. Other times I give up. When playing to a number of speakers, inevitably they will not start at the same time. Usually they all “click in” about 30-45 seconds into the song. Hi, I’ve been using Sonos since 2013 with few issues but I’m having a problem with my Roam that is frustrating, unpredictable and seems to have no solution other than to wait for it to sort itself out.The Roam is visible as “offline” when it is switched off but is not visible in the S2 app when switched on. It’s clearly still connected to the network in some way as the app shows when it’s switched off (visible in the app) and it disappears when it’s switched on. It can also replay the last music that was played on it by pressing the play/pause button, and given that the current album is stored on the network it clearly still has access to the network. I have tried changing the channel, resetting the router etc. but the problem persists. I have tried on multiple devices and the same problem occurs. I am not using a mesh or range extender so this is not the issue. I’m using an ASUS RT-AC88U with no issues and strong signal throughout the house, including the rooms that I have tried the R

Hi all, hope someone can help here.  I have an Arc and two Ones that I have set up as a TV surround system. To prevent unwanted roaming on my network, I set up a unique SSID broadcast from a single access point, and connected these 3 devices to it, and all’s well. Let’s call this SSID “AUDIO”.  I also have two Moves. I don’t want these connected to the AUDIO, I want these to just connect to my standard housewide SSID, let’s call it GENERAL.  Problem is: when I add GENERAL as a trusted network for the Moves, the Arc starts using it.  Is there any way to force my Arc to AUDIO and my Move to GENERAL and have them see & connect only to their assigned SSID? By the way, AUDIO and GENERAL are just SSIDs. They both connect back to the same network and subnet, so I have no control problems. I’m just trying to manage which device connects to which access point. 

I was planning to use a beam as front speakers for my new tv. Unfortunately the setup I have has the tv flush on the wall and the beam will stick out and won’t look good. I don’t need need amazing sound for this particular tv setup. And the built in speakers for the tv aren’t terrible. I am installing rear built in wall speakers with the Sonos amp (will use more for playing music). Can I use the amp/wall speakers as rear sound while using the built in tv speakers as the front sound? Thanks for any input. I can’t find anything when I search for info on this particular setup.

Hi My Sonos move configuration is not stable. I tried several times to reset and reconfigured it, but it doesn’t work at all even if I follow Sonos recommendations.please someone could help?

Recently my Google assistant broke. Upon asking Google something it said it's not connected.I removed assistant from the Sonos app and unlinked Sonos from the assistant app. Now when I try to set up assistant with the Sonos app it takes me to the Google home app to sign in with Sonos, which I do, then I'm met with the message "You need to link speakers to your Sonos account" Any ideas what's going on here? Looking in the Sonos app I can see the speaker and control it etc but just can't get passed that message when I go to set up assistant.

I’m moving soon into a place with 5 wired, in-ceiling speakers, but also have 2 sonos play:1s currently. I was thinking of getting the Sonos amp to utilize both, but not sure if that would be the best way to connect and use all of these speakers (or if that’s even possible). Or I guess I could use 2 of the ceiling speakers and my 2 sonos speakers to create surround too I think.  Let me know if anyone has any advice!

Hello,I am trying to understand if something is possible before buying the equipment. I am trying to set my parents house up with Sonos across the house and an outbuilding. House is working great, obviously very easy and pleased how it’s all working.Now for the outbuilding I was thinking of running an Ethernet from the house Virgin router to an access point (AP) in the garden building. Something like an Archer C6 AC1200, for context this is about 35m away.  Reading online this should ‘extend’ my wifi to the garden building. I had previously considered a PowerLine Adapter, but I suspect this will have issues because the outbuilding is on its own Consumer Unit... I am assuming that if the AP has the same ssid and password, setting up a new Sonos or two would be simple enough, and I’ll be able to see and control them all together? (Bit of an amateur when it comes to home networks)

I currently use the S1 app. Unfortunately I have 2 Play Five’s that I have yet to upgrade but I wish to do so but not been a priority. I wish to buy the Roam and I wondered if I can just download the S2 app and set up the Roam or if I need to have already switched my whole system over to the S2?I’m going away on holiday in a couple of weeks and don’t wish to wait on getting the Roam if I can help it.

My power was out for a day and now my system will not connect to my sub and play 1 surrounds.  now my living room says ?+?+?.  I have tried everything and please help.

I am a premium member of YouTube Music and I have successfully added the service to my Sonos app in Android.However, when I try to play music from YouTube Music it is showing a message that access is denied. Please help. Thank you.

I cannot get the MOVE to connect to my imac as a speaker option. We have a sonos beam & a move. They both work fine on our Iphones. Also both work on the sonos app on the computer…  We often want to play to the Beam & the Move at the same time from itunes/music app on the imac.FYI. We are operating big sir 11.2.3 so we do have airplay 2.  The beam has always shown up as a speaker option ( in system sound preferences and so it shows up in the bluetooth & wifi) So we can airplay to it just fine from the itunes/music speaker toggle. We have never been able to get the Move to show up as a speaker in the imac system. It doesn’t show on any of the help forum answers I’ve tried either. Below is what I have tried….setting it to bluetooth on the move and checking to pair a new bluetooth option. It never shows up. I think its’ connected to the wifi because it works on all the iphones and apps.Removing it from our phones bluetooth then trying computer...since one article suggested tha

Why cant  i play from any app to sonos like Iphone.? I cant play audio book on sonos. APP name  ( Hljóðbókasafn íslands) I only get to play audio files on my phone.    

I have Sonos arc, sub gen 3 and 2 sonos ones 5.1 speaker setup.2016 Samsung tv 65” Class KS9500 9-Series Curved 4K SUHD TV (2016 Model)(This TV doesn't have Arc in the sound settings, but has HDMI ARC input)Apple TV 4K HDR connecting using Belkin Ultra HD High Speed HDMI 2.1 Cable When using Apple TV 4K (previous version)I was able to ask Alexa from the Sonos arc to turn on n off the TV. Arc was integrated with the Samsung tv for audio, even though in the audio settings (both samsung tv and Apple TV 4K) I selected TV speakers the audio used to come from Sonos arcNow after setting up with Apple TV 4K HDRI don't think it has anything to do with Apple TV 4K HDR but Alex won't turn on or off the tv anymore definitely the sound is no longer integrated with sonos arc when the settings are set to TV speakers. I choose Sonos arc from Apple TV 4K HDR connecting via bluetooth.Any feedback is highly appreciated. Thank you
