Hi all, I am about to purchase a Sonos move , I already have 2 Sonos play 1's connected with a sonos beam grouped in one room.My question is will I be able to use my move seperately and together with my existing Room (as above) when I so wish please ? 

I can’t search for radio stations currently.The Sonos app says my Sonos Radio account needs to be reauthorized. When I click on Reauthorize it comes up with an error msg saying ‘Unable to reauthorize Sonos Radio account’.ive deleted and reinstalled the Sonos app but that hasn’t worked. Can anyone help? Very frustrating! 

I tuned in to SomaFM’s Groove Salad streaming channel this morning for the first time in a while and a lengthy ad played through my Sonos system before the music started, mid-song. It wasn’t an ad from SomaFM, they’re an ad-free listener-supported service. I donate to them periodically. Sonos apparently wants money for connecting me to freely available content I’m already paying SomaFM for (through donations), which is infuriating.I switched my connection to SomaFM to go through “Sonos Radio”, back when Sonos introduced their Radio service, because that way I at least got (a single) cover art image for the station, rather than a generic gray square. Previously, I had set up streaming to several of SomaFM’s channels through the Sonos app on my Mac (because Sonos doesn’t allow this functionality on iOS for some reason), by adding the URLs directly. Hello.I use the app S1 on one floor (mix of older and newer Sonos products working through Bridge) and the app S2 for two Sonos One (Gen 2) on the other floor.On my account on the website I can see all Sonos products.But after technicians solved a Wifi problem problem I had, I can still see and use the products through the app S1 but S2 and the associated two Sonos One cannot be found anymore.I tried rebooting. I tried connecting to Ethernet. I moved them to different rooms, near other Sonos products, near to the router… but I will not touch the router.Anybody knows what the problem might be?ThanksChristina.

I apologise if this has been asked before, but I’m new at this sort of stuff.I play my TV through an Apple TV 4th Gen - I connect them with an HDMI cable.The TV speakers are poor, so I’d like to see if I could add a Sonos 1 SL to improve the sound quality - my grandson has Sonos 1s and they are very impressive. If it works, I’d  then get a second Sonos 1 for a stereo effect.My question is - will this work? I imagine the sound would have to get from the ATV to the Soos 1 by wireless - is that possible? Can the ATV broadcast wireless signals - obviously I know it receives them, but I’m not sure if it can send them to the Sonos.Can anybody help Thanks

What is the max band width on the hdmi cable that comes with the arc. Do I need to buy say an 8k type cable?

Hi,I need some advice, the joiners have built this media wall. I am planning to buy a Arc, Sub Gen 3, 2x Sonos ONE speakers.My question is can the ARC sit above the TV? Does the sub need to be hardwired to the Arc?  

Hi. I just purchased a Pro-Ject T1 turntable for my family for Christmas. It will be in the living room with two Play 5s. How will I connect it so the pair runs in stereo? Do I plug the turntable into one and it will recognize the pair or do I need separate cables for left and right? Just want to make sure I get any necessary cable in had in advance.Thanks!

Hi All,I have a Sonos Connect:Amp (Gen1) and an Alexa. I can use the Sonos app to play Amazon music through the app, but I don't know how to hook the Alexa up with the Sonos so that when I give the Alexa verbal commands for it to play through the Amp.Can anyone give me any pointers? The Amp comes up in the Alexa app, and I've authorised Sonos in the app, but still :S

Hello everyone,I have an issue with my HTPC only being able to output Stereo PCM.Would you kindly advise what could help to solve the issue so that I could play games on HTPC getting full surround effect via LPCM or at least Dolby Digital Live? I have the following configuration:PC (NVIDIA 2070 Super) >> HDMI >> TV (Panasonic VIERA TX-55AS640E >> Sonos Arc (HDMI Arc) + 2x Sonos One SLFrom what I read so far I believe my issue is that my TV can’t pass the signal further.Some additional comments:Would a TV with an eARC solve the issue? Is there any other option for how to work around this? E.g. Does Sonos display any message when playing a Hi-Res audio track (e.g. 192 kHz) similar to displaying ‘Dolby Atmos’ etc.  I have just signed up to Qobuz and it would be useful to see such a message.

I have wifi extenders so I’m using a wired system.  My Sonos Play 3 is wired directly and the 4 other speakers are scattered through the house.  When I add speakers to my playing system the app keeps telling me I have to wire a component directly but when I check, the Sonos 3 on the app it indicates that its directly wired.   Why does the app keep telling me to wire it?  And why do some speakers sometimes not play even when the app indicates the are playing?

My Sonos Amp is constantly rebooting.  It never did this before and nothing has changed in years.  Same network, same configuration.  I can hear it clicking, then a slow flashing white light, then a solid white light for a short period.  Then it turns off (click) and repeats.  Never stops.  It is not hot whatsoever.  I performed a factory reset and the behavior is stillthe same.Diagnostic number 757351388 generated quickly after a reboot and solid white.

Will the Roam not ship with the wireless charger? There is a separate order that has the speaker and charger together??

Hello,  I have the arc set up through optical and until today I always had the sub and two oneSL set up as surround. Now I have lost configuration and connection to the surround and sub. I have done all the usual power master resets but now I can’t seem to get them to all connect to each other. When I set up the second of the the two one SL’s it always tells me “this oneSL will not show up in your list, power down and let it reboot to add”. It never works.  What do I do? 

Does anyone know where I can buy Play:1 mounting screws in Australia? I have tried M5 and M6 screws and they certainly don’t work. the 1/4” x 20 (¼ long) I am finding very difficult to find.Many thanks!

Hey everyone, I just started noticing an issue this morning in my Sonos app and I’m wondering if anyone else is running into this issue. When I start a shuffle play, the album artwork displays and the playback time moves like normal. However, when it reaches the end of the track, the artwork will not update to the new song, and the playbar hangs at the end of the previous track. It’s as though the system moves on to the next track, but the new track information doesn’t get processed/come in to the app. Any thoughts on this? I just purchased an Arc speaker and have connected it to the Samsung F8000 HDMI (ARC) port.  The TV sees that there is something connected to the port however the Sonos2 App is saying that it cannot connect the speaker to the TV.Suggestions??

I have a five and an so one. I have an app on my iPhone and an app on my iPad. I can connect to both speakers through AirPlay most of the time. My problem is the app on the iPhone has the five added to it. The app on the iPad has the so one added to it but for some reason I can’t add my five to the iPad’s app and the sl one to the iPhone’s app. When I try to connect them it tells me to adjust my router settings. This can’t be the issue because both speakers are connected to the app just on different devices. Has anyone else had this issue? Is there a remedy?

Bonjour je souhaiterais acheter une barre son sonos arc pour l'utiliser avec ma tv samsung QE65Q90R de 2019 mais j'ai vu sur certains forums que cette télé n'est pas compatible avec la technologie earc sur la plupart des plates-formes comme Netflix. Bref cette télé a t elle vraiment un problème avec sonos arc.D'avance merci 

How do I add a song playing on Sonos HD Radio to a playlist? 

When I do the update on the app, is it only the app software that is updated; or are the speakers themselves updated as well?I am a technophobe!

Why is Alexa follow up  mode not available on Arc?  Other Sonos products have it.
