Hi all,I have a Sonos Arc connected to LG C1. I have tuned with Trueplay and Sonos app tells me I am listening in Dolby Atmos. However, when I slide the Height Adjustment left and right on the Sonos app while watching and listening to Atmos content, there is no difference in sound. Should it be noticeable? Any tips? I just want to make sure that the top firing speakers are working. 

I am suddenly unable to fast forward in a song on the Android Sonos S2 app. Is anyone else having the same issue?

We live in a 5,000 square feet, multi level home. We have 24 Sonos speakers and use a Comcast Infinity Gateway router. Also on the system are security cameras, and two each of iPads, computers and iPhones.I’ve talked with customer service a half dozen times and the most recent call resulted in the conclusion that I have interference both within the house from other devices - and from the neighbors’ Comcast WiFi systems. The system is unstable at all times. Trying to assemble a collection of speakers (not already in a group) is rarely viable. I’ve connected four speakers to the four available Ethernet ports located throughout the house, and one speaker is connected at the router. I have four boosts that seem to provide no benefit. I am considering Google Mesh or Ethernet power line adapters, but am open to any recommendations. Please offer any advice. Thanks.    

Hi,I am considering upgrading my TV to an HDMI 2.1 capable device with ARC/eARC support (for future proofness) and specifically I am looking at the Philips OLED 806 or 807.Many thanks to @pwain for reporting so thoroughly the issues he is encountering related to eARC & Dolby Vision/Dolby Atmos on this and other fora! However, I am getting a bit worried that I will have similar issues with this TV.Specifically, I am running the Sonos AMP with two passive B&W boxes as fronts, and two Sonos Ones as back speakers. I believe at this point, the Sonos AMP supports just plain ARC (no eARC), so this probably simplifies the situation a bit. I use the latest Apple TV 4K for playback with Plex/Infuse.Does anyone else here have any experience to share with the Philips OLED 806 or 706 and the Sonos AMP in a similar setup as described above?

Hello,I wonder if you could tell me when will Sonos begin working with Alexa in Chile.I red a lot of comments related to Amazon servers capability, but I disagree. If the problem were Amazon servers, how could be possible for Amazon Dot or Amazon Echo Dot to work in Chile so well?I feel that Sonos is not interested in making an effort to solve this because we are a small market. What a shame! 

As stated in the title, I think the Sonos S1 devices (such as the Connect Amp, the Connect and the Playbar) are all connecting to the one and only Google Wifi router in the other room. I would like them to connect to Google Wifi AP that is in the same room as they are. I have everything working except this issue, all the units have a “weak connection” to the Wifi. It would be great if there is a way to make the Sonos units see the local AP.

We have a Sonos system setup at home and it works fine, but I can only login to the Sonos S2 app using my husbands credentials. I have my own Sonos account (that works when logging in on the website) and I have tried to renew my password, but everytime I try to login to the app it says the account doesn’t exist or there is a login error. When I am using my husband’s login on my phone it works fine to login, but I want my own playlists and everything from my Spotify account.. any ideas why I can’t login using my own Sonos account? Playing the UHD blu-ray of ZS Justice league on my PS5, I can get multi-Chanel Dolby digital  via my TV’s Arc to Sonos Arc, but not Atmos. My TV is capable of Dolby digital plus pass through and I can get Atmos via my nVidea Shield for Apple TV app etc. and it will show Dolby Atmos in my Sonos app. However, I can’t seem to pass through Dolby digital plus from my PS5 to my Sonos Arc via the TV. I only have an Arc on the TV, not an eArc. Is this a limitation of the PS5 or am I missing something in the settings of the PS5? I’ve changed all the usual settings such as AV amp, Dolby instead of PCM and bitstream on the playback settings for the blu-ray menu. I seem capable of getting Dolby digital 5.1 displayed in the Sonos app but, is there a way to get Atmos that I’m missing given this setup?

I've ordered the full ARC 5.1.2 system which is on back order until the end of Oct. My movie room is only 9m square (3m x 3m) and I've seen some reviews saying that your room needs to be at least 16m square to benefit from the sound as the system would be too overpowering for any rooms smaller than this, anyone have the full set up in a small room like mine? With the Beam 2 offering artificial Atmos I'm wondering if I'd be better swapping the Arc for the Beam 2 however there aren't any reviews in it yet and I'd want to know what the Atmos effect is like before making that decision. ​​​

Hi,we have a turntable line into our amp. We don’t listen to music that often. as usual, before we can listen to music we have to update the software but now we’ve done that the turntable sound is not coming out the system. did I miss something in the last update?!? Are we slowly obseleting my amp now?thanks. 

Hello! I have a new Sonos Arc that is connected to my 2021 Samsung Neo 75” screen via the HDMI ARC port. I use my 2021 Apple TV 4K with new 2021 Siri remote and no other input device (such as a cable box or DVD player).My latest gen Sonos Amp is connected to the same wifi network as the Arc Soundbar and runs the rear speakers for that same TV. I am able to control the volume of the Arc soundbar with the new Siri remote however not the Sonos Amp when watching TV. I am able to get the TV to play it’s audio through both the soundbar and the Amp but the new Apple Siri remote only controls the volume of the Arc soundbar and not the Amp which is connected to my rear speakers. Anyone figured out how to get the Siri remote to control both the Arc and the Amp when they are paired together in the same Sonos zone for my living room TV?

Hi,I have one pair of Bose speakers currently on my Deck powered by Bose amplifier.I am planning to add another pair of speakers on my patio.I want to have the flexibility of able to control each pair separately - i.e., I want to be able to play same music on both pairs, or switch off one pair. Or even control volume on each pair.I am planning to buy two SONOS amp to do this and connect each pair separately to each SONOS Amp. Will it work? Will I be able to control each pair separately OR all together - Play same or different music on both pairs, or even turn off one pair.Also, for another pair of speakers, do I stick with BOSE outdoor speakers , or I can buy any other speaker with causing any interference?Thanks

I’ve just purchased and connected a Port to a turntable for use primarily with a Move but also on occasion with my play bar and Sub in another room.Whenever I connect any of the devices I get a constant buzz, even when the turntable is switched off or not connected to the Port. I've tried turning the port off and reconnecting to no avail.Does anyone have any ideas?

Can any one help? I have a Sonos1 and every time I try to play my Apple Music that I have downloaded it keeps telling me to reauthorise my Apple account! I don’t want to do that. Why can’t I just play the music I’ve payed for,it used to work no problem but not now.

The radio one tuneln won’t stop when I give normal commands when I use google assistant. Do someone have a fix?  This problem came out of no were. 

Hi everyone,My Sonos Arc arrived today and I am somehow falling at the first hurdle just setting it up so would be grateful for some advice!Having connected the Arc to the mains, TV eARC port and wired network and downloaded the Sonos Android app (v13.0.1) I don’t appear to have the ‘Set up a new system’ option when opening app as described here. Instead, all I get is ‘Join existing system’ which, when selected, fails to find anything.Any help gratefully received, not least as it took a lot of effort convincing my wife that we should spend £899 on this and she’s staring at me with a look of ‘I thought you said this was premium?!’… I’m therefore hoping this is plain and simple user error… What am I doing wrong? I must be overlooking something obvious!

I just want to connect to a new network, without another Sonos setup.Use case:I have a small Sonos setup at home, with the controller app on my phone. I have a Roam on that network, working fine. I go on holiday, with my phone, laptop, and Sonos. I connect the phone, and the laptop, to the WiFi at the hotel or wherevever I want to connect my Roam to the same networkI cannot work out how to do this.I proceed through the app guidance on connecting to a new network, and of course it cannot find the Sonos Roam, since the Roam isn’t on the network. (See screenshots below). I can connect to the Roam fine by Bluetooth, and it seems that logically I should be able to “send” the credentials for the WiFi network to the Roam so that it can connect, but there isn’t a way to do this. wondering how i can connect an apple tv a Beam G2 and a projector as apple tv only have 1 hdmi output and the beam only have 1 hdmi input. projector has 2 inputs. is it possible ???

 I’m getting this error “Unable to play ‘BBC Radio 5 live sports extra’ - access is denied. Via TuneIn.This worked on Saturday. It doesn’t work today The better half wants to listen to the cricket). Currently I’m streaming via the BBC app to the phone via Chromecast in the back of a Play 5. Troubleshooting I’ve done. Other BBC radio stations work via TuneIn - for example BBC Radio 1, 2, 5 Live. But not 5 Live Extra.I’ve tried via Sonos radio. I can find BBC radio channels such as 1, 2, 5 Live but not 5 live Extra.I’m sure there will be some long complicated story about Sonos, TuneIn, BBC Sounds support on other platforms etc etc. It’s just stuff used to work yet it seems to be getting worse and I wanted to vent after a heavy investment in a Playbar, Play 5, 2x Play 1. I have Sonos Arc and Sub Gen 3. The firmware is updated to the latest release. True play done and EQ set. Despite everything, the mids and highs on Arc sound very feeble. The fidelity on Arc feels underwhelming especially considering it’s a very expensive Soundbar so sound quality should be of paramount importance. Sonos doesn’t seem to be addressing a very major issue with Arc and I have seen multiple forums with lack of clarity around mid-high range. This affects dialogue, speech and loudness of the system. Coming from Bose 700 Soundbar, ARC is no match for Bose”s handling of mid and high frequencies. The subwoofer however is the best and beats the Bose Bass Module 700 easily. Can we please expect Sonos to give an ETA to provide a software update to fix this or should this product be returned? 

I have arc in one room, and two surround one sls in another room. It's there an easy way for me to setup arc with surround in case I'm watching a movie? I want to temporarily move the ones, watch a movie, and place them back. Or the ones need to be retuned each time?

The white light on my Play1 is on permanently. I have tried the recommended reset procedure but this has no effect. Any suggestions?

I have a new Sonos One, gen 2. I have hooked it up successfully using wifi. I have the app on my Android phone and can play Sonos radio no problem. Running OS 11.4 on my Mac Mini. Downloaded the Sonos desktop app. I can see the Sonos One and play music via Sonos radio. I can see the device in my volume drop down and in system prefs, both as airplay. But when I go to Youtube or Zoom and want the sound to come out, nothing. The Sonos shows that the app (YouTube) is sending something to the Sonos. But despite changing the volume, nothing. Help is appreciated. Thanks. 

Well the title says it  can I stand the port on its side? Will it cause issues with heat build up or anything? cheers
