wondering how i can connect an apple tv a Beam G2 and a projector as apple tv only have 1 hdmi output and the beam only have 1 hdmi input. projector has 2 inputs. is it possible ???

 I’m getting this error “Unable to play ‘BBC Radio 5 live sports extra’ - access is denied. Via TuneIn.This worked on Saturday. It doesn’t work today The better half wants to listen to the cricket). Currently I’m streaming via the BBC app to the phone via Chromecast in the back of a Play 5. Troubleshooting I’ve done. Other BBC radio stations work via TuneIn - for example BBC Radio 1, 2, 5 Live. But not 5 Live Extra.I’ve tried via Sonos radio. I can find BBC radio channels such as 1, 2, 5 Live but not 5 live Extra.I’m sure there will be some long complicated story about Sonos, TuneIn, BBC Sounds support on other platforms etc etc. It’s just stuff used to work yet it seems to be getting worse and I wanted to vent after a heavy investment in a Playbar, Play 5, 2x Play 1. Sonos support on the phone tried to tell me BBC radio not supported on Sonos Radio. Well how can I get some stations? And then Tune In worked a few days back. I have Sonos Arc and Sub Gen 3. The firmware is updated to the latest release. True play done and EQ set. Despite everything, the mids and highs on Arc sound very feeble. The fidelity on Arc feels underwhelming especially considering it’s a very expensive Soundbar so sound quality should be of paramount importance. Sonos doesn’t seem to be addressing a very major issue with Arc and I have seen multiple forums with lack of clarity around mid-high range. This affects dialogue, speech and loudness of the system. Coming from Bose 700 Soundbar, ARC is no match for Bose”s handling of mid and high frequencies. The subwoofer however is the best and beats the Bose Bass Module 700 easily. Can we please expect Sonos to give an ETA to provide a software update to fix this or should this product be returned? 

I have arc in one room, and two surround one sls in another room. It's there an easy way for me to setup arc with surround in case I'm watching a movie? I want to temporarily move the ones, watch a movie, and place them back. Or the ones need to be retuned each time?

The white light on my Play1 is on permanently. I have tried the recommended reset procedure but this has no effect. Any suggestions?

I have a new Sonos One, gen 2. I have hooked it up successfully using wifi. I have the app on my Android phone and can play Sonos radio no problem. Running OS 11.4 on my Mac Mini. Downloaded the Sonos desktop app. I can see the Sonos One and play music via Sonos radio. I can see the device in my volume drop down and in system prefs, both as airplay. But when I go to Youtube or Zoom and want the sound to come out, nothing. The Sonos shows that the app (YouTube) is sending something to the Sonos. But despite changing the volume, nothing. Help is appreciated. Thanks.

I’ve read that the Boost is not compatible with Move.  Is it compatible with all other current speakers? Or, does anyone know what products it is not compatible with?  I want to add One SL speakers to my system but will need help from the Boost to make it worth a purchase.

The playbar can only be woken up via TV optical cable. Until I do that, the app can’t connect to it - it reports that it is unreachable. I turn on the TV and in a couple of second the app recognizes the playbar and I can control it, play music, etc. Is there a way to fix this?

Good morning ! My system has been working fine for over 5 years. Roughly 12 weeks ago I logged on the app and all the speakers have disappeared off the app. I re added them all (quite a task with 8 to connect) it worked. Every time I log on now some speakers are there and some are not but over time they become available to listen on. Then disappear, checked the WiFi and no issues there, we are on the S1 app as not all the speakers are the new ones (S2 app) Any help would be appreciated as it’s sending me Crazy 

Hello I have a Sonos generation 1 system. A Connect:amp connected to the router and a couple of Play 1’s and a Play 5. The system has always worked well in the past and I have had no issues using Spotify.The system has been reset and setup after being dormant for 6 months during renovations at home and I can no longer add Spotify as a service. It doesn’t even appear in the list of services.I can see the rooms I have set up in the Spotify App but can not connect to any of them.I can use other services that I have added in the Sonos App without any issue.Any ideas? Hi, we have a Ring doorbell, Sonos Arc and Alexa. We have had this set up since April no problem. There is a routine in place to tell the Arc if the doorbell is pressed to announce “someone is at the door”This has just suddenly stopped working. I have tried deleting the routine and trying again but nothing. Everything has been powered down etcThe doorbell is configured to ring on one of the Alexa Shows (as it always has been) but that is not set up to say someone is at the door but it is….Any ideas?Seems to have occurred have a SONOS update but that could be a coincidence 

I no longer have my Sonos Roam device and I cannot remove it from the Sonos S2 app, the app says a problem with the product not found

I’ve recently moved apartments, so I can’t rule out a myriad of variables. But: wow. My system has gone absolutely haywire recently. Components simply disappear for no clear reason (my paired One SLs, but also my Roam, just completely drop-out of sight). Airplay has essentially stopped working without a crazy amount of hiccuping. The S2 app will fail to connect to a device that is clearly playing music. And, what convinced me to write this message: my Ones are playing music right now that is not in any queue and not controllable by either S2 or Apple Music. It’s like the things are haunted. I’m going to go for a factory reset on the Ones, but— just wondering whether there’s some kind of system-wide glitch happening right now (since I noticed that there’s an alert from Sonos concerning Google Assistant. Not that I use any voice controls, but still— this is all quite weird).One of the risks, I guess, in investing in a fully-digital system. It either works—or it really really doesn’t.

Seems like there’s zero benefit from putting Roam into sleep mode instead of turning it off. Drains battery and does not offer the convenience of remote wake up from app. Then what’s the point of the sleep mode?

This could get long so apologies in advance. This has been a game of dominoes/whack-a-mole and I’m not sure what to do next….Upgraded my wifi system to ASUS ZenWiFi AX (XT8). Had immediate issues with the majority of my Sonos speakers no longer available. Only the Arc (+surrounds+sub) and one other remain. Found the Community articles Downgraded the ASUS firmware to 25790. Sonos speakers showed up! But Internet speeds went from consistent 400Mbps to intermittent 1-5Mbps. Reverted router to latest firmware. Internet works. Sonos speakers gone again. Plugged Arc ethernet port directly into router to form SonosNet. All the speakers are back! Atmos no longer working, showing Stereo PCM. Unplug Arc ethernet cable, back on wifi, Atmos back! Other speakers gone. Move another speaker to plug into router, Speakers are back! Atmos is gone again.At this point I’m kind of at a loss as to how to get Atmos to work with my setup. Any suggestions or personal experience would be apprecaited.

Hello,Is it possible for Move to automatically group with my Playbase connected to tv using any home assistant or sensors of any kind or on routine activation? I am watching tv then go to the kitchen where Move stands. I want it to automatically group with Playbase so I can hear the tv. When I leave the kitchen I would like it to ungroup itself. Is it possible in any, proven and trustworthy way? 

I have a system of four Symfonisk speakers. Three wireless and one wired (in my home office), using BT home internet without a home phone.  The wired speaker works perfectly, but the wireless ones drop on and off the network constantly - particularly the one  in the kitchen - the one I use most. The app regularly says it cannot find or connect with the device, and streaming content regularly cuts and/or drops. Or simply just stops for no reason.  I just bought a Boost to improve things, but it hasn’t really changed anything. I added it following the instructions and relocated it between the router and the kitchen.  The Kitchen speaker - although less than three metres away and even when directly in line of sight - still drops on and off. Questions:1. How do I know if the Kitchen speaker is even connecting to the boost? And if not, how do I make it connect  I have cycled power on it several times.I feel like I should re-add all the speakers but can’t find a way remove them. Is there a w

I have a Visio smart TV with a Beam attached. All works fine … except that after any power outage (utility induced or me just pulling the plug)  and power coming back on … the Sonos speaker switches the TV on. Something of an issue when no-one is home, possibly for an extended period. Connection is via ARC. Workarounds are obvious but is this the expected behavior? If not, which settings are causing this? I recently purchased a new home and a 75” Samsung 2021 Frame TV. My ceilings are 10’ tall and the wall the tv is going on is 15.5’ wide. The main viewing seat is 15-16’ from the wall. The room over all is a large open concept kitchen and living room. I don’t have a measurement but I would guess 25-30’ deep and about 18’ wide. I’ll include photos from the real estate listing (Previous owners furniture). I’ve marked the tv location and main seating in green. I plan to also mount a Sonos Arc underneath the tv and add a sonos sub in the near future. Another unique feature is my baseboard trim is a foot tall. Typically I have hung TVs where the center is at eye level but I’ve never had a room or tv this big. With the added distance from the tv I’m thinking it needs to be mounted higher than I normally would. I also need to account for the sound bar underneath (seems like this is the best location). Any insight or suggestions are appreciated.
