I have a Google phone (Pixel 3a).  I want to hear a lecture I found on the web and is now playing on my phone, but I want to hear it on my Sonos speaker.  How do I do that?  My Sonos 1 account only wants to play “playlists”.  So…..what do do? THANKS!!!

Some question about my Sonos Arc  and Netflix.I am writing fron Spain.When in a movie appears the DolbyAtmos symbol, doesnt means that I can hear the movie in DA?I would have to choose in the different languages, the one in “dolbyatmos”? In my case, in Spanish DolbyAtmos? If not is available in my language, then the sound will be in Dolby Digital even the logo is in the movie presentation? 

Hi,I have a Sonos Arc with Amp in my main room and like how easy the Sonos App makes it to select and play music from my Apple library. I also have a Ambeo Soundbar in another room and miss how easy it is to stream via the Sonos App. My question is, if I connect the Sonos Port to the Ambeo via RCA would this allow me to use the Sonos App to stream music in the same way it does with the Arc?Edit: Also will the steaming quality from the port the same quality as the Arc?Thanks. 

I have a Sonos playbar and connect:amp apparently I can’t connect either to my Apple HomePod Mini because neither product is AirPlay compatible.  Anyone have any idea what I can do to make the speakers able to play through Siri?

Hi,I am having issues hard resetting my speaker. It was working as surrounds with my Beam but all of a sudden my left speaker didn’t work.  I have tried a hard reset several times but cannot get it to change to the orange and then green light, it stays on white. I have tried several times but to no avail.  Any ideas please?thanks

I bought a new Sonos One, my first, and have connected it to my Orbi network at home. The device works well when using the Sonos app on iOS or Mac but when I use another iOS app such as Apple Music to stream via Airplay (as I airplay to multiple devices, non Sonos), I always get an “Unable to connect” error for he Sonos speaker.  I’ve tried resets of the network, reset of the speaker and reinstall, I’ve updated the network settings as per recommendations in other threads here - no joy. Very frustrating.

I lost the kitchen speaker - followed the in app support and found it, only to then lose all the rest. Followed the in app support again but can’t find rest of the speakers. Quite frustrating. Can anyone help with an answer, please. 

I envision leaving the Roam (or pair of Roams) normally connected to the charging cables and only running off batteries the odd time I want portability (taking them out on the deck when I BBQ or possibly into the bathroom when I shower).Can I play the speakers while they are connected for charging? Can I leave them turned on all the time so they can be part of my home network the same as my Sonos Ones and Play:1s?

A friend accidentally knocked my sonos move off a low table and it fell straight on its head damaging the grill on the front (takes the good look off the speaker) still works perfect but it’s only 6 months old and the speakers are that good looking they become a feature piece in the house but now it looks like a damaged broken up piece.would like to see my options for getting it repaired . If any??

This started last week. I was literally listening to a station, then it stopped. I did find previous topics, but uninstalling/reinstalling Amazon Music has not worked. I’ve reset Sonos but have not uninstalled Sonos.  I’m on an iPad. Pandora and Sonos Radio work.

My system repeatedly drops its connection to my wifi. I found the advice pasted below on an earlier discussion. This advice works to reconnect my Sonos, but then after a day or two it just drops the connection again. We user 7 Sonos play 1s grouped in in the following manner : 2 In the front part of the office; 2 on the center column and 2 at the back side with the last 1 being alone in the corner near the back. There were all working fine until just more than a month ago. Now they randomly just go silent, they don't disconnect from the network and since I managed the network there hasn't been any change in the connected devices. I ran n constant ping to all 7 as well as to internal and external sites like youtube but there wasn't less than 0.002% packet loss. I did restart them all as well as reset and setup the whole system again from the ground up but still the speakers disconnect in a weird manner. What tends to happen is the music will stop then the font set will play then they'll go slightest and then the center speakers will start playing at about a ¼ of the normal volume.  I have the same issue occurs even if I change music providers.

hi, guys, i need help,yesterday arrived my sonos, the picture, which  is made  with IKEA,i got the sonos app, and  i add it , but  when i put the  password,they said,`please, control the setting modem”,so  i open the 192.168.1.1, according the advise from app,i  had divided the wifi, the 2.4gzhz with different name , and model wifi is mixed 802.11 b/g/n, and then i tried again, but  i faild another time , and on app ,they said again` please, control the setting modem`,so  i thought maybe i was far from modem,so  i put it very close to the modem , and i tried again,but  i faild again…i`m very sad, and confused  , please someone hlep me ,

I have an SD card that contains mostly 96khz/24 bit FLAC files. What would be the best way to access those files and be able to play them in HiDef? I only have SonosOne, SonosFive, and Roam units. 

Out of nowhere yesterday I was unable to play Prime stations. All return the error “requested operation failed. please try again”. I’ve reauthorized, deleted & re-added my Prime account, and done everything else I can think of. Other music on Prime works, I just can’t play any Stations. I found lots of threads about similar issues with Sonos & Prime but no clear solutions. Deleting my account from Sonos & re-adding it didn’t work.

I have a pair of sonos ones and want to figure out if I can get a sonos Move and have it paired with them. Saw someone already asked this and that the answer was no but I saw an article stating that you could so just want to see if there’s an update on this.

Another device interfering with HDMI connection. I just bought the Sonos Arc, connecting to my Samsung TV QN65Q70TAGCZB via HDMI ARC/CEC. When my cable box and sonos are connected via HDMI, no sound through Sonos ARC. I can only get sound when I disconnect everything else, to include cable. Everything hooked correctly, tv setup correct.  This happens every time the TV is turned off.Please help!

I am trying to run a mixed setup.  I have a Sonos Play 5 and Sonos Connect in my living room that Id like to remain wireless and connected via wifi.  My WIFI router is in the living room as well so there is a very good connection between the router and the 2 Sonos there.  I have another Sonos Connect and a Sonos Play 5 in the bar on the other end of the house.  The ones in the bar are hardwired because the wifi barely reaches there and I have problems when those units are connected via wifi.  The Connect (bar) is wired to the router and the Play 5 (bar) is wired to the other port on the Connect.  My goal is to have the 2 devices in the living room use WIFI, not SonosNet, and leave the Connect and Play 5 in the bar as wired.  I can get it to work a little while that way by setting up the Sonos system to use Wifi and disabling the wifi on the Connect and Play in the bar.  However, either the Connect or Play will turn back on the Wifi on it’s own after awhile.  The 2 Sonos in the living r

Hello, We are thinking about getting a few Sonos One Speakers for our office. I am not familiar with this system so I have a few questions to see if it will work how we want. If I buy 4 Sonos Ones, can they all be controlled separately? We would like to be able to all listen to the same thing but also change the music for each “zone” if we want.Can I have 4 different users control the Sonos app?

I have the old Play 1, 3 and 5. What would be a new equivalent to the 5? I also plan on expanding in the future. Thank you

My Roam got splashed by the pool now it doesn’t work. The glue holding the top is separated. Clearly not water resistant. Very dissatisfied that the speaker is not as advertised. I’ve owned it for less than a month.Others have similar issues?

It was working fine and then just stopped working two nights ago. I have an older Samsung smart TV. I have tried changing HDMI cables, turning Anynet on and off, disconnecting the ARC power and HDMI, re-connecting them and nothing seems to work.
