How can I get all connected together in 1 room for surround sound ??

Hi there, I got sonos arc one week ago and I have issues with my EQ settings.I realize that every time I turn on/off the tv my sound settings change. Looking at the app my EQ bass/treble  are set to 0. I have set it multiple times but they keep moving back to 0 (loudness and other settings are ok) is that normal?

Got a brand new Move today. Have had it on the charger for 30 minutes - no lights have turned on.  Do I have a defective speaker, or do I need to be more patient?

When I select a song to repeat in the Sonos app, it will play through the first time then on the second time around it only plays the first 10-15 seconds and then restarts. It keeps doing this until i deselect repeat and move on to another song. Seems this has been an issue with others. Diagnostic # 87898677

Allright… looking to upgrade my system at home and was wondering if this setup would work.I am looking to get the Anthem MRX 740 receiver. I read this on it’s specs: “Channel reasignment: MRX Series Receiver channels can be assigned in many ways. Unused amplifier channels can be re-assigned to Bi-Amplify demanding front speakers, power surrounds, presence speakers, or a second zone” Would it then be possible to set up this receiver with a Sonos port and then three zones:primary zone set up with 5+1 speakerssecondary zone with one of the left-over outputs reassigned to a single stereo speaker in the bathroomthird zone with the last output reassigned to a single stereo speaker in the office Would I be able to control output for the different zones from the sonos app? My guess is that it’s a no but figured I would ask if there’s any chance of getting it to work. This way I would avoid getting a sonos amp as well. Hi ive two play 5 2nd gen the sound, esp the base is starting to get really distorted, at times it’s ok then on a really heavy base it sounds like the speaker is vibrating with no base the sound is as it was perfect crystal clear true sound is on is there anyway I can fix this the speakers are lit only ¾ months old   

So I just purchased the HD Fury Arcana to go with my Arc. I have a 65XBR900F Sony tv. I plugged everything in correctly. Apple TV to HDMI IN, HDMI Out from Arcana to HDMI ARC on tv,  eARC out to Arc. I have video, but the display on the Arcana says “eARC/ARC not active” and getting no sound. Any solutions from anyone? Thanks in advance. 

Hi,I have discovered that my Moves never used USB C port has some green blueish corrosion in it! Battery is charging with the charging dock and the Move is working perfectly. I have used my Move outside by the pool and it have had some minor splash on it. Is there any way to clean it or replace the USB C port before the Move is damaged?Thanks in advanced! 

Tried to set up a sonos beam to parents samsung tv. Upon setting it up, Once I disabled the tv speakers and tried pointing the tv remote control to adjust the volume a pop up box kept appearing saying’adjust speakers direct’ and this happened every time. Tried phoning sonos support - that was a mistake! After being on the phone for one and a half hours didn't get anywhere except for  them saying the tv remote control mustn't be infared, therefore the beam is not compatible!?!  Has anyone heard of this before!?  Many thanks.

HiI just bought a beam soundbar and to ear correctly TV sound I need to raise volume to 60+ and the sound not very good. Then when I ear from an other source (DVD player, google assistant, …, this setting is much too highIs there a problem of configuration ?Note : the connection between Beam and TV is HDMI Arc. When charging the Roam with the Sonos charging pad does it matter if it is horizontal or vertical? It seems like it should charge in any orientation.

I have recently installed Sonos Arc in a Garden Room TV, I have ceiling speakers also, wired from a Sonos Amp. The plan was to connect HDMI to the TV and also the ARC direct to the TV with HDMI. My issue is that the TV I bought only has 2 HDMI ports, horrendous I know. Can I use Digital Optical out for Arc and use the Arc HDMI for the Amp and then have both speakers working together?  Then it will free up another HDMI for my Amazon fire stick. Or is there a better solution? Thanks 

I have the S1 SW on my PC.I cannot update the music library because all the features under Manager are dimmed.Ideas, here? The SW version I have is 11.2.2.I don’t think I can update the software due to an issue with S1 controller on my iphone, and my iPhone’s iOS being older.

Hello, I check in different forums, and the sonos community is speaking about this problem referring to a legal problem with TuneIn in the UK.I checked and tried to make it work for this radio https://ascoltareradio.com/rtl-102-5/Which works perfectly in TuneIn on any other platform (Android, iPhone, Windows, MacOS) without any problem except in SONOS.1 more detail, I am not based in the UK, why should I be impacted by this?I tried different radio streaming such as Radio.net. my tuner radio and same problem.Can you please provide a fix or a work around and also to communicate officially about this problem.Thanking you in advance

At some point last week, my beam lost the ability for continuous playback. If I ask for an album, I only hear the first song. If I ask it to skip ahead to the next song, it does not work. Anyone else having this issue or have a suggestion?I’ve tried deleting/reinstalling the skill in the Alexa app and that did not work. Also confirmed none of these issues occur w/echo speakers, or within the sonos app using amazon music… it seems isolated to the voice command only.

Can I pair Playbar with Sonos One or Sonos One SL?

I visited my parents home. I updated their system to OS2 to be compatible with my app/my OS back at my own home. Suddenly as I tried to play on their (newly updated) OS2 I had to be logged in to their app account. Once I signed out of my, the app defaulted - without the chance to change - their email. As I tried to sign into mine I get “The email and password you entered did not match out records. Please try again.”Yes - thank you Sonos. My email is not the email associated with this specific physical product in this home. But I have an account! Why must I log in to the account that “owns” my parents’ system and not access my own??Have to say Sonos is one of the less if that the least user friendly systems I’ve ever come across...

Our old home was pre-wired and we used a SONOS Connect on our network to provide the sound source from our PC (Using SONOS S2 software) to our stereo receiver that was wired to the speakers.  Our new house is not pre-wired for speakers so I was looking at using SONOS Play 5 speakers in the house over WiFi.  One SONOS staff member I spoke to said I will need a PORT to connect to the speakers from our PC even though the PC and the speakers are on the same WiFi network.  However a SONOS dealer locally told me I do not need the PORT, that I just need to use my iPad or iPhone to set up the speakers on the network and then the SONOS S2 app on my PC will find them.  Which is correct?

I’ve love my Move, however, on a couple of occasions, I have been using it for 7-8 hours and battery dies. Not a problem, BUT when I place it on the charger and it won’t power up so I can use it! Shouldn’t that work once it is placed back on the charger and plugged in????

Our Sonos Move speaker turned on and played music at 5:30 am.  How can we find out which of our phones turned it on?  It must have been connected maybe via bluetooth to one of our phones.  We have personalization and additional usage data turned on, and so we know Sonos is collecting the information.  How do we get access to that log or history data?

I bought the playbar,2 play 1 speakers and the sub almost 2 years ago,I noticed a few weeks ago that the sub is no longer connected to the rest of the speakers,it was blinking red and white,I went to all the troubleshooting recommended and nothing,I called sonos support twice and they were not able to fix anything,they offered to replace the sub since I'm out of warranty but they want 425$...plus my cost of shipping...and a new gen 3 sub is 700$...any other way to fix or any advice is more than welcome

I have a Beam for about a year. Before, I was able to play music on my Beam normally by asking Google Assistant to play it from Spotify on the Beam. Recently I purchased couple of One gen 2 speakers and set them as surround. After that I’m unable to ask Google Assistant to play music on the Sonos. I also noticed that my Sonos is no longer listed as speaker on the “Media” menu in Google Home app. Now the app only detects my google nest speakers, but no sonos speaker.I can still play music using Sonos app or airplay, and all Google Assistant commands work perfectly. I have tried to reboot my Sonos and make them as single speakers, but still Google doesn’t detect the speakers in “Media” menu. Is there any bug that cause this or any change on Google policy that no longer allows non-Google speakers to play music using the google assistant?

I used true play to set up my surround system. Now, if I go to the Sonos app>System>TV Speakers (+Sub+LS=RS)>Sound>Surround Sound> I see TV Level for each surround speaker which you can adjust the level of each from -0 to +15. If I change the sound level of the right speaker nothing changes. However; if I move the Left control it changes both speakers not only the left one. Do I have something out of wack?
