OK Changed my home network and I guess I waited too long to change the settings in Sonos. When I go into Settings the option for system isn’t highlighted and I can’t get in to change my network settings

Connect one of them to your router with an ethernet cable, then wait 3 or 5 minutes. You should be able to “see” them in the controller at that point, and change the network information that’s stored on each speaker…..which you do once, not once for each speaker :)

I’m assuming we’re not talking surrounds, though, correct?

Problem solved. Chatted with support and they walked me thru factory resetting my speaker.  “Saw” the speaker and was able to reset my Wi-Fi.  Repeated steps for my second speaker. Thanks for you interest in helping me to solve my problem.
