I control my Sonos system using the iPhone app. Since the latest app update to 13.3.1 last week, the app started overriding the volume setting on my phone. If my iPhone volume for audio playback through the phone speakers is set to the lowest setting / silent, then open the Sonos app, the volume setting for phone playback is automatically reset to the Sonos system volume, even when I return to other apps. Is there a way to turn this off? I’m tired of constantly turning down the volume on my iPhone. (Yes, I have hardware volume controls turned off for the Sonos app.)

I think you may need to turn off Sonos Lock Screen controls under App Preferences in the Sonos app:
