stream connect or port to arc

Hi Sonos friends. I am considering connecting a Sonos connect gen2 or port to my Control4 ea-3 to stream music from my Control4 tidal to my Sonos arc.

 

this way I add an extra room to my Control4 ecosystem. Has anyone seen this done before and am I right in assuming that I can stream (no hard connection ) from the connect or port to the arc?

Yes, you should be able to connect the Control4 via 3.5mm Audio Out to RCA Audio In on the Connect or Port. This would allow you to stream Control4 content wirelessly to any of your Sonos speakers including the Arc.
