I was listening to LiveXLive on Sonos and unwittingly clicked the dislike 🛇 icon (as shown in the screenshot below) even though I liked the song.  The station immediately began playing another song.  How can I see what the initial song was?  And how can I reverse my vote from dislike to like for that initial song? For that matter can I see all the songs I have liked (or “hearted”)? Regards,Roel  

Hi I’m thinking of upgrading from a beam to an arc for my tv surround system along with the 2 ones and sub I already have.My question is can I use the beam as a speaker for radio and music in another room or is it only for use as a soundbar ,if so I presume I have to unpair it from the lounge and set up in a different room Thanks in advance Phil

After about an hour there’s no audio and the only way to get it back is to power cycle the arc. Im trying with just the arc.  Sun and surrounds disconnected from room

I’ve been through the factory reset and hard reset protocols and I can’t get it to turn on.  I have both the charging base and a USB-C charger and have tried multiple configurations of charging and button push-and-hold, all to no avail.  This happened once before and eventually I found a fix online but as of now I cant get anything to work.  I’m going to try Sonos support as well but as we’re going into the weekend I figured turning to the Forum might be my best bet.  Really want to have it working again before Memorial Day (Monday) here in the US.  Has anyone had a similar experience and found a fix?

Hi.Are there Finnish users online?  Through which online radio service have you found YLE local radio channels?Has Yle (Finnish Proadcasting Co) local/areal channel been taken away from offering of the online-service providers? You have any idea?SonosRadio has not been broadcasting YLE programs for a long time, but now they have disappeared as well from other internet radio providers I have used.I understand that the problem is related to the fact that YLE is not a commercial operator but a Finnish state-owned production company.Regards

Has anybody else been experiencing delivery delays for the Roam? I ordered the green one as soon as it was available on May 11, and still haven’t received a tracking number or any confirmation that it has been shipped (despite the status showing as shipped for a couple weeks now online). I’ve spoken to customer service at least 4 times, and on 2 separate occasions a was told that it would be shipped out and overnighted to me the very next day. I’ve asked each customer support rep to send me follow up emails confirming what we discussed (including a 10% discount for the delivery delays) but that hasn’t happened. I never received an email that the order was even delayed, and it hasn’t shown as backordered online since I first ordered it. I was told there were issues with an internal system update and a backlog of orders, but I haven’t seen any other recent record of this online. 

Does anyone else feel like they are getting ripped off by Sonos.  I bought many products just a few years ago and now they have a new Sonos 2 app that is requiring I buy all new products (at a pathetic discount) in order to use their system?  AND… to top it off, they have you return your equipment to them so that they can, no doubt, refurbish and resell at a premium.  I LOVED my sonos, but then I went to buy a new Sonos Roam for my wife for Mother’s Day.  That is when I learned that I can’t have the S1 app and Sonos 2 app work together… nope… I basically need to upgrade all of my perfectly fine equipment (soundbar, sub, play 5, connect) just to move to a new Sonos 2 app????  WHAT an EPIC ripoff. I am glad there are new competitors in this space. Sonos lost a customer and everyone I know that I used to tell sonos about, will get an updated email from me.  I feel completely ripped off!

Music, movies, nothing is using my surrounds + sub.Sound is only coming from the Arc. Seriously? What the hell is going on? Why do I have a $2,000 home theater setup that can be broken by idiotic software engineers at Sonos? Edit: called support and they restarted my system from their end. Everything appears to be working for now...

The issue persists on my system, since the launch of Atmos Music on Sonos & Amazon last December.To reproduce the issue:On Sonos Beam Gen 2 or Sonos Arc with Amazon Music account; Select a Station from Amazon Music that has a mix of Atmos and HD/Ultra HD tracks, e.g., Today's Hits; Start playing and DON'T skip songs (be patient!); If, by chance, the first track is Atmos, it'll play fine; Wait until an Atmos track starts playing after an Ultra HD or HD track; The volume will be so low that you can't barely listen to it; Tap the pause button; Tap the play button; The Atmos track will resume playing at the normal volume; If, by chance, the next track is also Atmos, it'll play fine; Return to step 5 (the issue will always happen).I have opened a ticket with Sonos support in December, but no solution until now 

Hello everyone,at the moment i have 1x Sonos Beam and 1x Sonos One connected in a group.When we watch TV the sound can sound a bit hollow to listen to. True tone is setup on both devices.Can anyone explain how this comes and how to fix this?

I have the newest Sonos amp powering 6 Sonance Satellite speakers around my pool. I have an outdoor projector I would like to occasionally use and was hoping I could use the RCA inputs to connect for sound. My projector has the headphone outlet that came with an adapter that splits from the small (3.5 I think) output on the back of the projector to the red and white RCA plugs. I plugged those directly into the red/white RCA inputs on the Sonos Amp and tried to use the "line-In" option from my Sonos app on my phone, but am getting no sound. Is there a way for me to do this?

I have a play 5 connected directly to my PC audio out port. There seems to be major latency between when I test sound in windows and when the speaker outputs sound. Once the speaker catches up, then it works as it should in real-time.I use this in my office and it constantly stops working in the middle of meetings until I start mashing the sound icon volume up/down until windows dings and I can hear people again.Any help would be great.

Is there a way to get the outdoor speaker serial number without having to take it down/unmount? Thanks! 

I have an Arc for the front of the theatre with a sub woofer.I also have a pair of in ceiling architectural speakers in the rear ceiling. These are also sort of in the kitchen area as the room isn’t that large.The pair of rears are connected to an amp so i can have the full 5.1 but i was wondering if i wanted the rear pair to just play music as a zone of audio like the rest of the house is it easy to switch between the rears being music zone only to then be a part of the 5.1I didn’t think i needed to buy a second amp for one pair but maybe in the Sonos app / settings it’s just switching there? 

I have a turntable for about 6 months I am having issues with the sound being muted or muffled, especially vocals on my records. Are there any setting on the Sonos 5 that need to be adjusted to clear up the sound quality? Could it be the needle on the turntable?

Any info on what the fixes are for this?  I want to play my Moves outside but not if it means resets and frustrations once the battery passes 50%

When I open my Sonos S2 app, more often than not it finds my S1 system and won’t let me access my S2 system.  I have to keep shutting down the app and reopening it until it finally picks up my S2 system.  Is there any way of avoiding this issue?

I wish to have an easy to use NAS for playing music onto Sonos, I’ve read lots of articles and it’s confusing me. can anyone recommend a simple NAS that can be used without too much altering of protocols or security settings or other apps 

HI,  I recently added my iTunes music library to the Sonos app on my PC.  All the songs are there and its even plays a few bars of them but then loses connection and moves onto the next….its driving me mad….any ideas,  the music library I stored on an external hard drive wired into the PC.

I have 3 Symfonisk Bookshelf speakers all in the same room, on wifi, connected to an access point pretty much in the middle of all 3 and I can choose different music to play on each speaker at the same time without issue. The issue I have is when I try to play the same music to all 3 at the same time it only plays through one. If I choose any combo of 2 to play then it works (speakers A+B, B+C, A+C all work). If I stereo pair 2 together and play to that pair and the 3rd it still only plays through 2. Anyone have any ideas on what else I can try?

Hello,Can I use the available port on the Sonos Boost as a regular ethernet switch and, thus, use it to extend my network coverage or is it to use only with any other Sonos devices ?Thanks in advance.
