HelloI have 4 rooms set up (4 stereo pairs SonosOne speakers, connected via Ethernet, Wi-Fi disabled)From time to time I can’t connect to one of the rooms from AirPlay and I receive “Unabe to connec to Room1” error message. I get the same error message on iPad and iPhone as well (iOS15.5).However I can connect and stream to Room1 via the sonos app.Sometimes this issue disappears for weeks then it comes back again and the problem is always with Room1 and via AirPlay. Do you have idea what can cause this issue?Thank you! 

I upgraded to an IMac running Monterey, and I used the migration assistance to move my music library between the networked computers. I then used the ITunes export and import feature for Expertsapk to transfer all of my playlists from my old iMac to my new one.I then uploaded my new music location to my Sonos system, had it indexed, and was able to access my whole music collection. Imported playlists, however, were not included, and the system now displays "no selections are available" instead. I have kept up with all relevant discussions in the Sonos community, but nothing has changed thus far. I've updated my index, made new smart playlists, and built new playlists, but Sonos doesn't play anything.

Hi,My Move doesn’t turn on anymore after working perfectly. I went a week on holiday and upon return my move won’t turn on anymore. It have been sitting on it’s charging ring all that time.Therefore I think it’s definitely charged and I’ve tried every combination and fixes/resets I could find.The only thing I couldn’t find on the internet is the way the battery leds are flashing.These leds are orange solid for 5 seconds, then off, then solid 5 seconds and so on…It’s not the normal short on/off charging orange led cycle.I’m now trying to let it drain completely for 5 days, hopefully when recharging it will come alive again.In the meantime, anyone an idea what it could be?Thx,Bjorn

Hi- I moved homes and am trying to set up my old Sonos Sub:Gen2 with my new Sonos Arc. It looks like Sonos has my Sub:Gen2 still registered with my old home and I don’t have access to that old system via the Sonos app to unregister it from that system. How do I get it set up with my new system in my new home?

I setup successfully my SYMFONISK speaker using my Sonos App in my Android phone. Few days later, I use my friend’s iPhone to setup the same but with different Sonos account. she was not able to. Now my Sonos App also not able to connect to my SYMFONISK speaker.  Does anyone encountered this?

We have a new built house with an open space kitchen/living. We listen to a lot of music all the time. I have provisioned two play 5 at the corners marked with red (power and ethernet connection at 2.5m height). Will it be enough? Any other suggestions?

I have the Arc, gen3 sub and 2 Ones for surround. I find the Arc surround a bit lacking and would like to beef up my atmos experience.Can I add celing speakers to this setup to make 5.1.4? will this enhance the atmos sound and effects? Thanks in Advance

Since a long time my system is sometimes skipping to a next song for no reason. I have seen and read multiple threads about this problem over the last few years but there seems to be no solution. It happens when using the Spotify service in the Sonos app. Is this something Sonos is working on? Next to that it happens more than a few times a week that not every speaker is listed in the app. What could cause this? Another problem we’re experiencing is an unstable WiFi connection (on multiple devices, not just Sonos) which seems to be caused by the Sonos speakers. When I unplug all the Sonos speakers we don’t experience these problems. Every speaker we have (4 Sonos One’s and a Move) is connected to WiFi. How can we fix this problem?

I just purchased this soundbar and I connected it to my LG C2 42” that I use as a “monitor” for my PC for gaming. Audio is working fine however I’m curious is there an optimal setting in windows I should be using when I go through the Sound Setting Configuration wizard? I can select either Stereo or Dolby Atmos for home theater. Does any configurations there create latency issues?

Hi,This may or may not be because of new wi-fi setup, but I haven’t noticed it before: Tracks almost always skip from 10-20 seconds before end.Setup:SONOS Connect (wired, wi-fi off)4 SONOS One (wi-fi)1GB/1GB FiberOrbi AX6000 (RB850) Router + 1 satteliteEverything works. Lots of bandwidth, fast response from app, but about 20 to 10 seconds before end of track, audio dies. SONOS keeps counting the final 10-20 seconds of the tracks and then starts next track.I’ve tried:RestartReset and setup of new systemUPNP on and offReserved IP for all unitsSONOS Connect wifi on/wifi offOnly one layer of NAT: Fiber goes directly to Orbi router.Does anyone have an idea on what could be wrong? 

I initiated my return online. I received an email from Sonos on June 3rd indicating that the company has received the speakers I returned and my refund would be processed within 15 business days. The refund I am expecting is over $1000. It has been over 15 business days and after waiting over an hour and getting in touch with a customer service representative, she advised that she will reach out to the finance department and I should receive a response within 48 hours. It has been 5 days since I reached out and after following up, the customer service representative sent an email to let me know  that she has reached out to the corresponding department and I should get a response within 24 hours. It has now been another 3 days and I still have not heard anything from Sonos despite following up via email regularly. Hi my Sonos Move doesn’t charge through the USB-C port, never has worked. Is there a setting that I don’t know about or is this a common issue? I’ve seen a few people saying the same thing. I only discovered the port a few weeks ago and i’ve tried various different chargers none work at all. 

My wife and I just set up our Arc+Sub in our living room, and One SL’s in each of our our offices. Everything was set up perfectly using my account/email via the Sonos App on my iPhone.  Now my wife would like control on her iPhone so she can manage her office speaker independently.  Can she create her own Sonos email/account and link up to our system at the same time as me?  Or, does she need to use my email/account within the Sonos App on her iPhone?  Thank you!

Greetings’’ Can anyone please tell me that , how many speakers we can connect over Airplay 2 , max I have connected 14 Speakers can we connect beyond that like 25/30 speakers.  And can we make groups on Airplay 2 ?  Please suggest your answer will help mes loving a bigger project form me.  

Hey, I have successfully connected my Sonos to new wifi many times but for some reason I can’t get my Sonos to connect this time. The app doesn’t even see my network when I click plug directly into my gateway Eero, the one that’s conecto to my modem. I’ve factory reset my Sonos to factory settings a bunch of times. Doesn’t help.Also, under settings in the app, account and system are grayed out. Please advise!    

Spotify doesn't work since 2 weeks ago. Everything else is OK (tidal, sonos radio, Tune In).I'm with the latest app version, have already re-authorized my spotify acount and did a router and wifi reset, with no solution. I can browse through albums and playlists, buy when I try to play a track it sends an error message and doesn't start. When using the native spotify app, it shows me the sonos speaker is available, but it doesn't connect. I have a Play:5 Gen 2Thanks,  

Why has the Sonos system become so unreliable and unstable? It seems like earlier versions were much more reliable and stable. This is ridiculous as technology advances quality deteriorates!

I am trying to add an S2 connect to my S1 system.  I have done this before more than once.  Now, the process seems to have changed.I am running android with Sonos S1 v11.5 I also have an S2 system running on the same network I reset an S2 connect device (running OS 14.12) and wait until it starts flashing green I click “Add device” from the S1 app.  It searches, and finds my device.  As soon as I click the “set up the product” button, it presents a new screen (I am never prompted to connect the device via the play/up volume button combination): The new screen is titled “About Connect”… “This product has S2 software which isn’t compatible with your S1 system.  You can: *Review options for updating your system.  *Downgrade Connect to S1 and add it to this system  *Get the S2 app and set up a separate system with Connect.  After that there are 3 clickable options: “Review your options:”; “About downgrading to S1”; and “Cancel” About leads me to a web help page. This is a very large Sonos playlist of tracks on my NAS that I can’t seem to play any longer. It played fine for weeks before. Here are the steps I’ve tried:restarted router (twice) unplugged all Sonos components and restarted from scratch delete the NAS as a music source and re-added it smaller playlists still play fine

Apologies for asking a question on which there are other posts, however I am still hitting a brick wall:Synology DS418 NAS running DSM 7.1 42661 Update 3; music in a folder name “music”; under File Services - SMBv1 set as minimum with SMBv3 as maximum; NTLMv1 enabledUsing Sonos S1 (as older hardware on my system)Enabling NTLMv1 has got me passed the login/password not accepted hurdle.Now I am stuck with the ‘Unable to add folder to music library (900)’.  I think this tells me that at least Sonos has been able to address the NAS shared folder.  I have tried setting up the music library using iPad App; Mac App and Android App.  I have also tried using the IP address to no avail.  Internal Firewall is off.  I have also tried various Diskstation login accounts.Lastly I have tried alternative upper case and lower case spellings of DiskStation, Diskstation, Music, music.  Didnt make any differenceAny help much appreciated

When enjoying a song in a playlist, you used to be able to click on the down arrow and see the related album a track came from and then start playing that. This option has been removed in the latest update. WHY?! Seems a mad removal. 👇 

My new Sonos 5 connected to my turntable will not  group play with my upstairs Symfonisk stereo pair lamps.  Funny thing, is if I “remove stereo pair” from my “Main Room” group, the audio will start playing, but only from 1 speaker/lamp.   It will then kick the other speaker to a separate room without me even doing it.   This last time around it created its own room “Bathroom”.   Wtf??? I’ve group played my line-in turntable with my 5 and my Living Room arc+2subs+2 oneSL surrounds.  Group play works with every imaginable combination except Line-in and symfonisk.   Any help would be greatly appreciated. My network is 1200mbps with Wi-Fi 6 mesh Further testing:  If I remove stereo pair and then add stereo pair again, it works!   But only for this session.  And every time I trueplay tune the stereo symfonisks, line in group play stops working again! Extremely annoying. 

Hello,I have being years and there is no update on new languages from Sonos on the Sonos Arc. I really do not understand why. Portuguese is native in Alexa. If you ask Alexa in Sonos Arc if she speaks Portuguese she answer yes and it is only a matter of configuration. But the app of Alexa does no give language to be configured for sonos and in the sonos app there is no Portuguese.What is happening. I love my sound bar but Im thinking to change as I need to have an alexa speaker in the same room just because of this issue. Please do not answer me showing the language status page, because I look that and nothing changes in the last 3 years. I want to know if there is any real intention to have Portuguese open as an Alexa language? If not, why? What is the position from Sonos about new languages.hope you guys can help me understand what is happening. I´m to buy a sub and some other things, but I will not do if I don´t know what is the future for those functionalities.
