Hello,I’ve moved to a Nest Wifi Pro mesh network. Whereas I previously didn't have any issues with the earlier Nest mesh network, I can't seem to connect my speakers wirelessly using the S2 mobile app. From the research I have done, it seems like Sonos don't like networks where the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands aren't split, like with the Nest Pro. My current solution is to use the controller app on a Windows PC, and wire the speakers. I have gotten rid of my Sonos Bridge a long time ago, but a bridge which could be accessed wirelessly to talk to wired speakers would also have been a good solution I guess. Any way, it would be nice if the setup process could be changed so the speakers can connect to a wireless networks where the bands have not been split.

Have Arc, Sub and 2 x One's. Been fine first 2 months. Now I can't raise volume limit above 15, if I do it falls straight back to 15

Error 701 - podcasts I cannot currently play podcasts on Sonos. I am getting error 701.It is via the S1 app and speaker system… Interestingly, I note that “podcasts and shows” no longer appears in the search bar on the S2 app. (I have a mix of S1 and S2 units). is anyone else struggling with Podcasts?

Hello just found a brand new zoneplayer 120 in the storage.I tried to set.. after doing rhe set-up procedure it said that theres an update.Bit it always failed and have error code 11.What i should i do? 

I am so confused at this point.  I have a beam connected to the tv and a new turntable with preamp. I also have a Sonos one in another room and am likely to move it and add another one to create surround in living room. I also have two echo dots in other rooms.  I want to play the turntable but don’t want to buy bookshelf speakers. I have a small apartment so wanting to make the best with small options and want to integrate what I have.  So, I assume I need the sonos amp? If I buy a port the I’d also have to buy a separate amp?  Help!! 

Strange issue.I have a three zone Gen 1 Sonos system, Sonos .I’m moving my play 5 from the kitchen to the room next to my bedroom.  When I start music on the play 5 the Sonos Connect in the bedroom cuts out and then disappears.If I move the play 5 back to the kitchen it is OK and both Play 5 and Sonos Connect work.  If I move the Play 5 back to the spare bedroom next to the main bedroom then the Sonos Connect drops out again and disappears from the zone list.The Sonos Connect is wired to the network, the Play 5 is wireless.Any ideas?Is it a proximity issue as the bedrooms are next to each other?

Hello to all, recently, listenings to an internet radio via SONOS , the audio stops by itself.It is not due to the internet radio connection (Tune in).The system is near the modem (very good wi fi connection). It happens after more than 1 hour of no stop listening . Any clue?

… The Android app is a real disaster! But how can SONOS claim to be at the top of the range with such a... How to say... thing? Horror ? Application absurdity?This app crashes randomly! It's a horror when it has to be used! My account is sometimes lost! My Spotify account link too. Have to init again all my SONOS system for the Xth time! And now, I can't even find my 2 One SLs anymore... All my equipment works without any problem with my wifi access point (the point is a few meters away) EXCEPT SONOS which sometimes crashes! And fed up with the support that looks for quirky reasons but never questions their equipment when the bug is there: the bug is SONOS! 😡Sorry for the angry side of the message but there, fed up!

I updated app yesterday and i have some problems : my “Beam2+2xOneSL” disappear except my 2 SONOS Roam. I needed to reset my “Beam2+2xOneSL”. Now I have a new problem 😂 :I see my Beam+2xOneSL (= Home Theater) in the App but not my 2 SONOS Roam… I keep my 2 SONOS Roam ON and kill the app. I restart the app : I see my 2 SONOS Roam but not my Beam+2xOneSL anymore 🤣 I turn OFF my 2 SONOS Roam and… My Beam+2xOneSL is back and my 2 SONOS Roam disappear If I turn ON my 2 SONOS Roam, they don't appear in the appLove this app!Edit 1:When my “Beam2+2xOneSL” is in the app, if I try to add new devices, the app cannot find my 2 SONOS Roams 🙄…And When my 2 SONOS Roams are in the app, if I try to add new devices, the app cannot find my “Beam2+2xOneSL” 😡Edit 2:All my SONOS devices are on the same network (and same simple wifi network). Moderator edit: Combined posts

I have files WAV files on my hard drive that is on my desktop computer or phone and I want to listen through my Sonos system.  Is that possible?  I also get emails with music that I can stream on my computer and would like to be able to listen through our Sonos system.  I work in the music business and am sent music that is not commercially available.

Pandora is not working now

Since about a week or so I am unable to control or transfer music via Tidal app / Tidal Connect on my Android 13 device. It does work using Spotify Connect. I have an S1 and an S2 system and the behaviour is the same on both. Already tried rebooting phone, clearing cache or uninstalling/reinstalling/authorize both S1 and S2 apps. Starting music from within the Sonos apps works. Sometimes when I am fast enough I can see a message that says : Sonos unable to play Tidal - Access denied. 

I bought a Sonos subwoofer in London and brought it to my house in Brazil. When I plugged the cord into the outlet it sounded like the sub had not turned on. The Status Light didn’t come on and the Sub did not show up in the Sonos app, so it couldn’t be connect. Now I see that on the plug cord is written 250v and not Auto-switching 100 - 240V ~ 50-60 Hz 2 A AC universal input. Can I use another cord to plug the sub to the 127v outlet? Could anyone help me to connect the sub? I already have a Sonos Play 5 and a Sonos 5 connected through the app in my iPhone.  

I just got a Sonos Move.  I am wondering if there is a setting which allows me to still listen to the speaker while on the phone?

I have a setup with an Arc, Sonos Sub, and non-sonos in-ceiling rear speakers connected with an Amp. I know the rear speakers and Amp work because if I set them as a separate channel I can play music through them. When I connect the Amp to the Arc + Sub as Surrounds it works in the app, but even if I turn “surround volume” up in the Sonos app I don’t seem to be getting any volume from the rear speakers. Any ideas? 

My system consists of:Amp: M Bed and BathAmp: Dining RoomPort: Ent RoomPort: OfficeMoveAll are running on S2, which was updated from S1 in January when I replaced the last of my S1-only compatible units.  I run a Synology NAS (installed years ago) with all of my content loaded in there; it has power saving activated so it may take a minute or so to start if it is asleep.  I have had no non-Sonos related problems with the NAS.  I have a MacBook Pro running macOS 11.7.1, but it is not part of the music file sourcing for my Sonos system. The problem I have is that when the “M Bed and Bath” alarm goes off, it will run for about 1.5 minutes then restart with the same song from the NAS (it is not part of a playlist).  The second time, it will play to the end - the song is about 10 minutes long.  If I play the same song directly from any Sonos produce it plays with no issue, so I don't think the file is corrupted.  I can play any music from the NAS on any Sonos product and from a non-Sonos au

Can the arc soundbar be integrated in a TV cinewall without loosing sound quality of Dolby atmos? If so, how much space should there be on each side (left, top, right) from the soundbar to cinewall frame so that the sound quality isn’t compromised? Many thanks 👍

Hi there, I’d be grateful on some advice on putting a dormant Connect unit to new use.I would like to connect a CD /radio to the Connect using line out/RCA cable so that the unit can play through my One speakers. Ideally, I’d want to set up the Connect to work with the speakers in the Kitchen, for example, so that whenever I use the CD/ Radio it automatically feeds through the Connect and to the speakers, without having to set up everything each time via the Sonos app; can anyone advise if this is possible?We already have the speakers in the kitchen, my wife wants to be able to play her CDs from a standalone unit and it would make sense to utilise the Sonos speakers. Although I have a NAS drive with all the music loaded, she doesn’t want the hassle of using the Sonos app to find the particular cd files each time - there are a lot of CD files to hunt through! 

I’m using Google Assistant, and keep getting message, “Spotify Premium isn’t currently available. Try again later.”  I’ve tried uninstalling Spotify from the Sonos app; reinstalling; reauthorizing.  Even resetting the Roam and starting over from scratch.Spotify works fine from the Sonos app on my iPhone, and I can cast it to the Roams.  It just won’t work with Google Assistant for some reason.

HI, just got a sub mini, but not compatible with S1 app, i am trying to use the S2 app, but cannot setup anything, keep asking to downgrade to S1 cause some product are not compatible with S2, but the sub is not compatible with S1Can i upgrade S1 to S2 ? very confusing THanks 

V 14.20OS S2Play 3 & Play 1iMacI have the above system and to be honest use the system relatively lightly.First issue I’ve had of late is since a period in January when I was away and iMac not switched on I came home and found that the Play 1 speaker had disappeared from my system. I unplugged the speaker (from power) and after a minute or so it reappeared on my system. It has since done this at least three times since then - latest being today 3/3/23. Also as a result of this the ‘Music in my Queue also disappears and needs replacing. No big deal, but a bind! Second issue is over last few days I’ve been prompted to do an Update. I click the relevant prompts, I then get asked for my Sonos p’word, I’m then told that ‘an unexpected error has occurred, please try again - I keep trying and get the same response. Can anybody assist re these issues please?I carry out these ops on the IMac, I have the App on my mobile but dont use it. Many thanksKeith

I do not see the Sonos Five on my Bluetooth on my iPhone? How do I connect?
