I recently added a second hand Sub to my Beam. To begin with it would not connect to my Asus TUF-AX5400 WiFi router. I then connected with ethernet cable and finished reset and setup with the Beam. However I do not want to use cables, so I switched to WiFi and disconnected the cable. The Sub reconnected and so far everything works perfect.. My question is that when I look at connected Clients with my Asus app, The Sub shows up as disconnected, but it´s working fine. If I check with the Sonos app, it shows that Beam and Sub is connected. Why is that? Just curious :-)

I am losing the will to live now as I have tried various recommended audio extractor boxes and am still having a audio delay through my speaker system. I am trying to use a projector with my Sonos system but my audio is way behind and cant seem to find anything to sort this issue.I did have a little success with connecting my amp to a sky multi box (through the ARC HDMI) however this isn't very practical but at least it worked. I am really hoping someone can help as after spending a considerable amount on the amp plus ceiling speakers I would love to get a solution.

 I just updated to version 15.1.1.I now notice, that the entire screen on my iPad goes dark, when I adjust the volume.Is this a new feature or a bug or have I not noticed this before ? 😉   

I am constantly having to click Play to start my streaming music - it is NOT Wi-Fi related at all, there is no break in Wi-Fi - it’s is a Sonos setting that automatically Stops the music playing

Hi,I have recently installed LG G2 screen along with SONOS AMP and both are connected via HDMI ARC on HDMI port 2.i have 2 x HDMI sources (Apple Tv & Dish Tv) which are connected with the LG screen by using HDMI port 1 & HDMI port  2.Once SONOS amp configured properly with the LG screen but after a couple of minutes mute showed on the LG screen and audio muted. in this scenerio if i select the TV speakers, sound comes from the tv speakers properly but on ARC it gets muted.Then i unplug the Dish tv HDMI and after couple of seconds sound comes from the ARC.Please advise. 

I'm sure it will work, but I'm curious if anybody knows if the era 300's will work as surrounds with an arc and dual subs config? Again I'm sure it will, just wanna have that confirmed.

I’ve been struggling with the Sonos S2 app. All works fine with the app until I log in. At that point, all of my devices become unavailable. If I log out, close the app and go back in, my devices become available again. Clearly there’s something in my profile that’s completely screwed up. I’ve tried countless times to reconnect the devices, but the app always fails once I log in. It seems like I have to delete my account and recreate it, but that may be extreme (and might mess up my registrations).Of course, despite my system working fine when I’m not logged into the app, I lose access to all of my services unless I’m logged in.How do I fix this?Thanks!

When using my Calm subscription on my Sonos system, I’ve noticed many music options available on the Calm app are not available on Sonos. For example, on the Calm App or on their website (from a browser) there is a music selection called “Gently Back to Sleep”.  That is not available under any of the categories listed under Calm on the Sonos app.Similarly, Calm has its own concept of Favorites and there is no favorites category under Calm on the Sonos app.Honestly I’m betting this is a limitation with the integration between Calm and Sonos but I thought I’d check here to see if others have encountered this.

Can you create an Atmos setup with four Era 300 speakers, plus Arc or Beam of course?

So….… Last Saturday(09/12/20), all of a sudden, I was able to control Sonos from the Lock Screen on my iPhone.  It worked on mine and my wife’s phone.  When we woke up Sunday morning, it was gone. Hi allSonoa app not allowing me to browse my Deezer library. Have uninstalled Sonos & Deezer, etc, reauthorised Deezer but nothing. All other music services are fine. Help please??

Can you help, I stream with Paramount+ on Apple TV, a current tv show and get Dolby 5.1 audio. However if I stream Maverick same way I only get PCM 2.0. If I stream either the tv show or the movie  from the smart LG TV the best I can ever get is PCM 2.0Any ideas?

Hello everyone. I am new to Sonos, so forgive my inexperienced question.I have at home one Amp with Sub Mini, together with Sonance Ceiling Speakers in my living room. It was working great with no problem.Today, I decided to install in my TV room an Sonos Arc with a Sub.When I configured in the Sonos App the new equipment, the Amp+Sub Mini disappears and I can’t find a way to have both configurations on the same app.I want to stream music on my living room (Amp+Sub Miini) while for example my watches a movie in the TV Room (Arc+Sub). Or in occasions, stream the same music to both configurations simultaneously.I tried resetting all of them, but it seems as if is either of the systems, not both together.

I recently moved house so my ISP, room layout, etc. are completely different than my old situation which worked perfectly. In my old house I never had trouble with my Sonos Connect (playing music from my NAS drive through my stereo). But in my new house the Connect is cutting out. My Sonos One’s and ZonePlayer S5 are playing fine and I have a 1GB broadband connection, so the problem is clearly with the Connect. My Sonos system consists of a Sonos Boost, 2 Sonos 1’s, the Sonos Connect, and a ZonePlayer S5. The Connect is accessing the system via the Boost (WM=0 for all Sonos components).I can think of several possibilities:(1) The satellite in my Orbi Mesh network is not carrying the signal properly. I would ideally like to use a wired connection to the closest satellite, but the satellite itself has problems when I move it close to my stereo. So it’s currently sitting on the other side of my living room.(2) The Connect is ignoring the Orbi satellite and is trying to connect directly to

Hi, I have x2 Amps and x8 speakers across 2 rooms.On a few occasions the volume reduces down by itself. When you increase it, the volume automatically turns itself down again.it is occasional and not that common but always seems to happen when we are entertaining. For the price of the system you wouldn’t expect this type of issue.Diagnostics reference: 1276846024. Any guidance gratefully received!    

I am trying to add an external HD to my system as the Music Library. This worked when I used an NAS but although I’ve gone through the right steps (I think) with this hard drive, and updated the library, I get ‘no selections are available’ when I look for music.

My SONOS ARC has been very unstable for the past 3 months on my LG OLED CX tv.Every day when I turn the TV on, there’s a 50% chance of the TV reverting its audio output to the internal speakers.Tried a different cable and tried to disconnect every other device. Tried to reset the SONOS and the TV, all without luck.Diagnostics 679505560, the issue happened within 2 minutes of this diagnostic report.

I have an Arc connected to my TV along with an associated Sub3. I also have 2 Amps that power 3 pars of of ceiling speakers (not setup as surround). Everyone now an then both Amps will drop out for a few seconds which is very annoying. I tried hardwiring (ethernet) one of the Amps to my router and it did not help.Will it resolve my issue if I daisy chain the Arc and the two Amps together? Or do I need to connect the Arc to the router?  In either case, I need to run the the ethernet cable behind the wall which I’m not ready to do unless I know for sure that it will permanently resolve the issue.I also want to mention that I have a PLay5 and pair of Play 1s so I cannot disable WiFi on the sytem

Hi there, I can’t access to the Sonos (S2) applicaiton since the last Android update.My Beam (Gen 1) works fine (sound from the TV) but impossible to reach the application functions.Each time I try to configure the wifi connection I’ve got a failed “technical problem” message. I’ve tried a lot of things : reinitializing the Beam (several times), reinitializing my connection access but always the same connection soundbar issue.Before the Android app update all was working fine but since the 15.1.1 version I can’t connect the Beam 1.Am I the only one and above all have you a solution ?

I can connect to directly to my MyCloud NAS. Does anyone know if the native MyCloud Service that can be added to Sonos is a better option. If it is a better option how do you structure music on the MyCloud so that the service will recognise and order your music - I have added the service and see the Artist, Album, Song, Genre headings but there is no content under any of these despite there being content on the NAS. Thanks in Advance

I have a Toshiba FireTV with Apple TV 4K plugged into the HDMI 2. Sonos Arc is plugged into the HDMI Arc. Audio is only transferred to the Sonos Arc after I unplug and plug in the TV power. If I play Spotify  through the Sonos app on the Arc I am not able to get Audio from the TV again without rebooting the TV. I found a work around when using the Apple TV 4K and using airplay for Apple TV 4K audio. However, I am not able to airplay the Audio from Apple Arcade as Apple Arcade does not show up under now playing. In order to get the audio to the Sonos Arc I need to unplug the TV, plug back in, and wait for the fireTV to reboot. I would appreciate any help. Thank you

One of my wired speaker connections will not work with the turntable. I have tried switching and it is the connection at the AMP as the other speaker works when I switch. Additionally, both speakers work using a digital music service (e.g. Spotify). I have done a restart and a full reboot/reconnect and the problem persists.

I have a playbar connected to the TV in the great room with a sub and two play 3’s for surround sound. Because the area is very large (kitchen is 30-35 ft away from the TV) I would like to extend the TV sound into the dining/kitchen area with another playbar and two play 1’s. I originally wanted to designate the area as two rooms, Family Room and Kitchen, ( so I could turn off the kitchen area when watching a movie) but realized that I don’t have any way to get the TV sound to the second playbar that way. So I suppose I could add all the speakers to the Family Room but I don’t see how to do that on the app. I don’t see the option to add anything to Family Room.Please advise

I have my Arc immerse system on order and keep reading how the Arc butchers music in terms of sound and stereo separation.  Tight of a solution of nixing the Arc and buying 3 5’s and a sub instead while using four of the five 5’s for true stereo F+R for music, and then using all 5 (add center) for cinema….thoughts?
