Just my IPhone disconnects from my beam at least once a day when I use it.  I have it connected to my tv but it is through wire and is fine.  I have reboot my Sonos many times for this and I shouldn’t have to do this all the time.  I have everything up to date that will allow me to update.

If possible, try wiring the Beam directly to the router with an ethernet cable.

Do you have any other Sonos speakers?


I have done already and yes I have 2 One SL and 1 sub

I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
