sonos app not working

I've changed my router and now my sonos isn't connected 

As soon athe gen 2 app is opened the account and system are un highlighted and I cannot open them.

I ve tried a reboot but no joy

And the system is connected via wifi? How would it know the new wifi credentials? Follow this: https://support.sonos.com/en-us/article/connect-sonos-to-a-new-router-or-wi-fi-network

Or set your router so the credentials of the new network are the same as the old……

How do you set the router so the credentials of the new network are the same as the old please? 

You’ll need to check the documentation for your new router. Just set the user ID and password to what you were using on the old router.
