Setting up Beam with Toshiba TV

We've just got our first Sonos speaker (Gen 2 Beam) and are trying to connect it to our Toshiba 32ll3c63db TV.

We're at the point on the app set up where it says 'use your TV remote to turn on audio out in settings'

We have changed the audio output to HDMI ARC but it just says audio out is not connected l.

 

Any ideas?!

Make sure the Beam is connected to the TV’s HDMI ARC port (probably HDMI 2). And go into the TV settings and turn on CEC. For Toshiba TVs, it might be called “CE-Link” or “Regza Link”.
