I recently have been able to use the new search tool in the Sonos app (Android, UK).

I've noticed it doesn't return any results for YouTube Music - has anyone else seen this?

Thanks for your post!

To be clear, you absolutely should be getting results from YouTube Music. I also use Android and am in the UK, so we’re good for a direct comparison, and I get results from YTM.

First, please ensure that either All or YouTube Music is selected at the top of the search results screen.

Assuming it is and that wasn’t the answer, please try removing YouTube Music from your Sonos system and adding it again: Remove a music service account from Sonos

I hope this helps - if not, please let me know as there are other things to try.


I thought about removing and adding it again, saw this and did it - working now, thanks!
